This was our first time using Rover. After reading bio's and reviews we booked with Janelle and we're so glad we did! She came over to meet us first, so we could introduce her to Jazzy and show her where everything was and what to do. She did an excellent job caring for her. She made sure her food was filled, scooped her litter box and swept the litter, and put a few ice cubes in her water like we asked, because our kitty really likes ice water. I knew Jazzy would probably hide because she's not used to people, so we showed Janelle her hidey spots, and even though Jazzy chose not to interact, Janelle would try and always took a pic of Jazzy for us. Besides taking care of our kitty Janelle filled our hummingbird feeder for us because we were concerned about the sugar water going bad. We also have a squirrel we give nuts too, and when she came around Janelle gave her some without us even requesting it which was really nice, because we worried about that too. She even took a pic of the squirrel for us and a gold finch that was on our feeder! We cannot thank Janelle enough for the excellent care she provided to our kitty and all the extras she did. We absolutely would recommend her and will use her again the next time we are away. She's the best!!

Mary visited our cat for two weeks during the holidays and was absolutely fantastic! She was very responsive, respectful, and attentive to our cat. We're so grateful we found her and will definitely be requesting her services the next time we go on a big trip! :)

This is our second time having Fiona drop by for feedings and our cats just love her. She’s a fantastic caretaker and we’ll definitely be using her services again!

This is the first time I've used Rover and Helen was amazing. First of all, my trip was short notice and Helen's schedule allowed for the several days I needed. We did a "Meet & Greet" before the actual booked care and my pets just adored her. She communicated with me during visits, sent an appropriate amount of pictures and did an excellent job of caring for my pets. I cannot express how grateful I am that she was available to care for my pets while I was away.
