We appreciate how happy she kept him over the holidays - we could tell he felt safe and comfortable with her and that put us at ease leaving him for the first time ever. She sent wonderful photos every day that made our entire day whenever we got them. We are so grateful to Jana! ☺️

Falecia did a great job taking care of my cat Ginger while I was away. She was timely with updates and I could tell Ginger warmed up to her from her pictures (which is not the easiest thing with my shy gal).
