Elena was great with my cats and respectful of my home. Everything went smoothly. She sent daily pics of them as well. I came back home from vacation and my cats were happy and my apartment clean! Absolutely stellar service from Samantha! We were in a pinch when our original pet sitter fell ill during our vacation, leaving us worried about our brother-in-law's beloved pup, Debo. Samantha came to the rescue, stepping in last minute to ensure Debo was well taken care of. Her promptness and reliability were a breath of fresh air, especially during such a stressful time. Not only did she check in on Debo, but she also made sure he was fed, and hydrated. Samantha's dedication and compassion truly saved the day for us. Erica took wonderful care of our two pups, one of which has special needs as a very old, blind roti. I felt very confident that everything would be fine after our meet and greet.
