Cat Sitting in Severance

Elissa is always so flexible and helped so much as I needed to out unexpectedly for an extended time. She always plays with my fur-babies, and they are so happy when I return home.

The absolute best. Amy was super helpful and accommodating to a last minute change in my booking. She really helped me out in a bind and was great with my animals. I will definitely be reaching out for pet check-in's in the future.

Blake is amazing! She is great with communication, prompt and wonderful with our pets!! She went above and beyond! I would highly recommend her and we will definitely use her again!!

Marion was excellent to work with. Normally when I am out of town my cats are restless upon my return, but since they'd been so well tended to they were happy to see me but not to the point of desperation. The pictures were excellent to keep up with them, and my messages were acknowledged quickly. Price was fair for the level of care, and Marion always asked if there was more she could do to help me out. This is my first time using Rover, and if I can have the same level of care put forward by Marion I know I'll be back! Thank you for everything.

Abigail was great with our two kitties! Always on time and very prompt before and during our vacation. We will absolutely seek her services again in the future!

Brianna was absolutely fantastic. I was really nervous about this service, but the last thing I wanted to do was take my previously traumatized rescue kitty to a kennel. Brianna is very knowledgeable about animals and even discovered his collar was too tight (now removed - thank you!). She even got him to come out of hiding to visit and for attention. Brianna came by my place before I "scheduled" the actual dates of her visits so we could talk details. I showed her all the stuff (kitty box, food, etc.) and we discussed dates & times. After that I scheduled through Rover.com and when the service started I got regular updates and photos from both her and Rover.com. It was a huge relief to know my cat wasn't alone every day and that his needs were being taken care of by an animal compassionate expert. Without question, I will be contacting Brianna the next time I have to go out of town.

Ashley did a great job looking after our cat and house while we were away. Very diligent in allowing our cat access to the outside in the evenings.

Claire is so wonderful! She is very prompt at all of her responses and does what she says she will Do! I was very nervous about leaving my Zebby for the first time and Claire provided so much love and communication I was at ease!
