We needed to shift the timing a bit (she initiated the reschedule), and she was flexible and easy to work with—we were able to accommodate her request with no issue. She kept me updated on her arrival time, which I appreciated. Michele did a great job introducing herself to both Joey and Pebbles, and handled their first meet-and-greet walk with care and professionalism.
