Flexible to organize time and car of the dog, and definitely they ñove the animals, I saw that when my dog arrived there. Beautiful family, great team work. Karen had a very warm and patient demeanor. While I attended a wedding, Karen updated me with photos of my beagle and was always responsive to my texts when I asked how my dog was doing. Chloe appeared very content and rested when I picked her up. Karen also gave me a gift bag with a framed photo of my dog with treats. Thanks again for taking such good care of my dog.
