Katie does a great job with my animals! She is so patient with my puppy who can be a handful sometimes especially when we are still going through training with her and she picks and chooses when she wants to listen (selective puppy ears). She is wonderful at communicating how the visit went and if there were any issues, concerns and how my babies did!

You were on time, alert to any changes in feeding schedule, happy to give him lots of exercise and conscientious about keeping in touch--all during a heat wave. Elena was great! She sent a bunch of videos and pictures of our dog during her drop in visit. Very good communication and responded to our request immediately. We would definitely ask her to check in on our dog again.
