Dog Boarding in Haddam

We recently boarded our two Coton de Tulear pups with Melisa for almost 3 weeks. It’s the longest time we’ve ever left them but our daughter in CA was having twins, needed our help, and so off we went. I was still worried but didn’t need to be. They came home in good shape, happy and obviously well cared for. Melisa sent pictures and was a good communicator, answering all my questions. That she’s a knowledgeable vet tech and her school age kids know how to treat animals respectfully also gave me a sense of security. Finally, her fenced in yard, right off the kitchen, was spacious with plants and trees, just right for puppies to romp and play in. I’m planning on boarding my dogs with Melisa in the future.

Britanny and her family took great care of my dog Ruby! She sent lots of photos and videos with updates. She also sent Ruby home with a goodie bag of treats :) I have already booked her for another sit!

Laura is a fantastic sitter! We were si happy to get so many updates and pics of our boy, Enzo. Her home is so lovely and her and her family made things so comfortable for us and our dog!

Laura was very professional, timely and great overall for the care of our family pet. I got updates everyday that I requested per the app. The experience was relaxing and since it was Shadows first time and things went amazing, this was a great relief. if and when we need to do this again, we know she’ll be in good hands.

This was an initial visit for our senior dog and everything went very well. Buddy enjoyed the garden very much, and he found a very comfy bed to take his nap. Thank you!

Stephen was incredible! Our dogs felt so loved and cared for and we felt so comfortable leaving them with him for our vacation. We got lots of photo and video updates, and it was clear from these that our girls were very, very happy! We appreciated the excellent communication from Stephen, the way he treated our two dogs like family, and the many options he provided to the girls, from letting them choose where they wanted to sleep to offering lots of delicious homemade treats to letting them go at their paces on adventures to the park and walks around the neighborhood! We highly recommend Stephen.

Maggie took really good care of Samson while we were away. Her and her dog, Moose, get along so well with Samson. Lots of photos were sent daily. She followed all the daily feeding and exercise directions that I left with her. I trust Maggie so very much with Samson. She treats Samson as if he was her own. We really really (that's TWO reallys) appreciate her taking such good care of Samson in our absence. Thank you Maggie!

Absolutely wonderful! Our dog had a wonderful sleepover and seemed to fit right in. Thank you for the love and care you gave him. Also really appreciated the pictures and great communication. Will definitely book again in the future.

Holly took such wonderful care of our 5 month old Bernese Mountain Dog! She sent lots of pictures of their walks, play time, and cuddle time. When we went to pick up our puppy (Basil) it was obvious that she was incredibly comfortable, well cared for, and simply had so much fun. We are so grateful to have found Holly. We have a family member that typically watches our pets but they weren’t able to this time and we really didn’t want to board our puppy. Holly was very accommodating and helpful with all our scheduling changes. We will absolutely be using Holly in the future and highly recommend her!

We had great experience w Kimberly, Victor & their adorable son. They loved on Lexi & she was good for them, great fit. We felt comfortable & rcvd good communication & photos; all we asked for+. We’ll definitely re-book.

Nadjeska and family did a marvelous job caring for my dog for the week I was away. She kept me updated with daily photos and it seems that there was never a dull moment. Highly recommended, even if you live a 40 minute drive away like I do.

Thank you Shannon for taking extra special care of our Sammy. We appreciate the pictures and updates throughout his stay. We are newer users of Rover and also New to Connecticut. We are thrilled to have found our new pet sitter, close to our home.

I apologize for the late review, Kristin was absolutely wonderful! My dog had so much fun and I could tell that she loves animals. There is no word to explain how lovely she was! She even sent me pictures and brief updates! I wish it were possible to give her more than 5 stars!

Brittany is the best! My pup comes home happy every time. Great communication and she really takes care of your pet like it’s her own. Perfect for high energy pups too. Highly recommend, she is number one!

As always, Sean and Jill took good care of my little Gwendolyn. She gets so excited when we get there and loves hanging out with her doggie friends. I always know I'm leaving my little one in good hands

Cassandra provided excellent care for my high-energy Aussie. She was very accommodating in picking up and retuning my dog to my home, which resulted in less nights that Darwin had to spend elsewhere. She sent frequent photo updates. I could see he was relaxed and well-cared for. Looking forward to booking with Cassandra again soon!

Blu had a great stay with Tiffani. I really loved the picture mail I got daily. My pup got to play with her lab and kids. She was easy to communicate with and replied quickly. Thanx for sitting ! Would definitely recommend.

Jennifer was amazing with my two dogs! She took great care of them over the weekend, sent tons of updates and pictures, and was super easy to communicate with. Our pups came home happy and tired. I highly recommend!
