Dog Boarding in Lakeside

Loved Cody's stay with Jessica and Ian. They seem wonderful and Cody went with them no problem, usually I have to pry him off the door frame when entering doggy-daycare. He seems perfectly happy there.

Once again Mugsy had an amazing time with Michal and John. They truly care about your dog and go out of their way to make sure that they are comfortable. They take time to talk with you about your dogs needs and help train you to help your dog have its happiest life. I know that I have said it before but will say it again Michal and John are the dog whispers of Torrington.

Thank you for taking such good care of Tucker!! I so appreciate all you did, starting with pics shortly after he arrived to let us know he was ok. ☺️ All the pics, videos and communication allowed me to relax and enjoy my vacation, knowing he was in good hands. Thank you for providing Tucker with a safe, fun and welcoming environment. He will be back ! ☺️

There are almost no words to properly describe how wonderful Chili's experience with Amber and her family was. Where do I even start??? I'll do my best to put into words how special Amber is, but truly - it's going to be difficult to do her and her family justice: Amber is not only warm, friendly and caring, but also a total Superhero. She takes incredible care of her family and her own animals, as well as her clients. She and her family welcomed Chili into their home with arms wide open. My extremely spoiled dog received more love and affection from Amber and her entire family - people we had just met - than I would ever imagined possible. They literally gave him so much love and he had so much fun that I was a bit worried that he wouldn't want to come back home with me ;) From cuddles, playtime and walks - he had it all with Amber. She understood all of his needs and habits, and thus took exceptional care of all the above. From daily photos and texts, Amber literally dissolved all of my worries and I was able to enjoy my trip so much more, knowing that my "baby" was in such incredible care with her and her family. They are true animal lovers, and genuinely wonderful, caring people. I just hope she has room for us for future bookings, as her home is absolutely the top of the heap - a real 5 Star resort for pets! Thank you again and again, Amber!!!

Annette and her husband were just amazing!!! She always kept me updated on my pups daily. When I first saw all her amazing reviews, I just knew she was the one I can trust with my babies. They came home a few pounds heavier lol very well taken care of. She even got them some toys to take home which I found so cute and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend Annette and will always use her in the future. Thank you so much again Annette your amazing!!

We love that Jaylese is a caring young woman with a very helpful younger brother. This is her first year with Rover and I'd say she's off to a very good start. I have two dogs who aren't the easiest. Jaylese was attentive and communicated with me throughout the entire weekend to make sure their needs were taken care of. I'm a Rover sitter myself and I know that it takes quite a bit of confidence and commitment to join this team. We'll definitely be booking with her again.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.. if you’re going to leave your pets in the care of anyone one else, there’s no one better than Alex and Bethany. My dog gets more excited to go to their home than she does to go to the dog park. My family and I are forever grateful that we found them 🥰

Kahn and Tommy did a great job watching Maple! They went above and beyond by sending daily photos and videos, letting her run around their gated yard (which she loves to do), provided a dog bed for her, and let her hang out with their family. They even let Maple stay an extra night when we got home later than expected. Thank you Kahn and Tommy!

Nell is a great person to work with! Every time we have left our pup with her, he comes back healthy and happy. She is very communicative and flexible. Thanks!

I was passing through Waterbury and wasn't able to get accommodations for myself and my pup, the hotel wasn't dog friendly. Yajaira was able to watch Bella overnight. She is very responsive and nice.

We have two large Long Haired German Shepherd dogs that scare many people and do not take well to many people. Jim listened to our explanations of how to accept them and interact with them and the sessions went very well. We have used him several times and now the dogs know him and even run to him. We highly recommend Jim.

Julie was an Angel I felt more at ease that my kitten was with her. She kept constant communication with me and sent videos and pictures of my kitten. Morticia had a wonderful time at her house and was very comfortable which meant a lot to me. Will definitely use Julie again to watch Morticia! Thank you so much!

Lynsey is highly competent and knowledgeable. She did such an amazing job watching my boy for the weekend. She was able to administer his medications with no issues and he loved her massive fenced in backyard. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone. He’s already looking forward to his next visit!

This was Rocco’s second stay with Nicole and her gang. During our three weeks away we received daily updates and pictures from Nicole keeping us informed of Rocco’s daily activities. The great thing about leaving Rocco with Nicole is the comfort we have knowing that he is safe and happy in her home. I recommend Nicole without qualification.

We have partnered with Liliana and her husband Ricardo twice for watching our dog Charlotte. Liliana handles the communications about booking and she is always very responsive and flexible. Her husband Ricardo typically greets us at the door and is very friendly and you can tell that they both enjoy dogs. I would work with them again.

Erika is the best. She loved on my dog while we were away for a week, and her loving care put me at ease, knowing my dog was in the best hands. She sent me updates, she was super flexible when we had a traveling hiccup, and she was great with communicating with us. I recommend Erika wholeheartedly!

Jill was a Godsend! Very responsive and kept us up to date on how our two pups were doing. Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t get back for two days; Jill was able to accommodate our needs in an instant. We felt very comfortable with leaving our two dogs with her and her family. They treated our dogs as if they were their own with lots of cuddles. Will definitely use her services again! One of my dogs fell in love with a toy she had; she sent it home with us! Thanks Jill!

Stevie and Mona had the best stay over the winter. Linda was super responsive, very caring and gave my pups so much love. Would highly recommend Linda!

Booking with Victor is a no-brainer. I've never booked a pet sitter or anything like this before, as I've always paid top dollar at local kennels and questioned how much outdoor time my dogs were actually getting. Not only does Victor have plenty of clean and gated outdoor space, but he provided the love, care and attention my Frenchie requires while I'm away. He sent plenty of pictures and updates during the week long stay. I'll be booking with Victor again in May!! Thank you Victor!!

This is the second time Katie has watched our dog Bailey, and it was great knowing that she was in such competent hands! Katie is able to watch multiple dogs at a time, and it seems like Bailey really enjoyed the fun playtime with the other dogs. Katie‘s home is comfortable and welcoming for people and animals. Katie is very responsive to questions and texts, and her love of the animals is obvious. It’s no surprise she’s so popular with her clients. Highly recommend!
