Dog Boarding in Litchfield

My dog had a fantastic time and very clearly enjoyed Michal and John giving her all the love she was missing with me being away! Michal responded very quickly and on short notice when my original sitter had a family emergency and could no longer take her. I highly recommend Michal and John if you want your dog treated like family!

5 star service all the way! They took care of my baby girl last minute and gave her the royal treatment. I felt comfortable leaving her there the whole time. They are attentive, caring and made sure to keep me updated daily. I would definitely use Alex again!

Nell was great! You can tell she and her daughter both genuinely care about animals and treated my Remi like he was one of their own. I will definitely book again!

James was great with my dogs! He had no issue keeping them over a holiday so I could visit my son! He was quick to respond to communication and sent photos of my dogs while I was away!

We can't recommend Khanh & Tommy enough! Our dog had an absolute blast at their place. Their spacious, fenced-in yard is perfect for playtime, and they were so kind and patient with our furry friend. We loved receiving all the pictures and updates throughout the week.

Kristina was great! She took great care of our 7 month old pup, and sent tons of photos and videos. She was extremely flexible and patient, even when we had to extend our pups stay by an extra night! Will definitely be booking with Kristina again in the future :)

We have been using Yajaira for about a year now and she is the best! My 2 dogs love her yard and she is so easy to schedule. Definitely check her out!

We had boarded Baylee in a kennel in Pa and she didn't do well. She would cry and shake. We took her for her first boarding experience with Katie. She willing went into the home, which was a good sign. Baylee does have some separation anxiety, she did bark a little when I left, but Katie said she quieted down pretty quickly. She did well and that makes me feel better about going away and leaving her. Katie has a good way of making the dogs and their owners feel comfortable in her home. I highly recommend Katie and I know that I'll be boarding Baylee with her again.

Max is treated like family and enjoyed his time on his staycation in CT. Jen and daughter are very energetic and Max has gotten a good amount of exercise and interaction. I highly recommend Jen to others for their pet's getaway while you are on a getaway.

Julie was super accommodating and was able to board our boxer, Lilly, on a last minute request when our scheduled sitter’s family came down with the flu. Lilly has a lot of energy at a year and a half and after explaining her curiosity and 24/7 wanting to play and cause trouble, Julie was happy to take her on. She has a great family who all connected with Lilly. We got regular updates on how she was doing during the day and overnight and drop off and pick up times were totally flexible. I’m glad we had the opportunity to meet a new Rover sitter for Lilly that we can add to our list.

We left our border collie/corgie Shadow for two weeks with Annette; the longest we have left any of our dogs ever. We were a bit apprehensive to say the least. We made a GREAT decision leaving our dog with Annette and here's why: Annette is a dog lover...period. That's so important because we never felt like it was a job for Annette to take care of Shadow! She was very, very quick in responding back to any and all of our conversations via the site or text (thank you so much!) The next thing is that Annette's home is setup completely for doggie day care: fenced in living room where the dog beds are although they have an option to sleep throughout the home. Then there's the huge deck in the back for dogs to enjoy being outside. Annette's family are all very loving and supportive of the dogs. We got multiple photos of our dog especially the first couple of days to help alleviate our anxiety and just to connect with our pooch from afar. Finally Annette gave us a little gift bag for our dog when we came to pick her up...a nice added touch! Would we use Annette in the future? We're not leaving our dog anytime soon because we've been away from her for a long time but YES, wholeheartedly, we'd leave Shadow with her again and again and again...! Gary

Dileidy was awesome and so conscientious, she went above and beyond. I really appreciated all she did to make my puppy’s weekend special. Cole and I hope this is the first of many more happy overnights!

Mary Ann took great care of Rocky! We are so appreciative of Mary Ann watching Rocky in her home for the weekend, especially on short notice. Excellent communication throughout. Rocky is quite anxious and it takes him awhile to build trust. Mary Ann was very patient with him. We highly recommend for dog sitting/boarding. Thank you so much Mary Ann!

Stevie and Mona had the best stay over the winter. Linda was super responsive, very caring and gave my pups so much love. Would highly recommend Linda!

We love that Jaylese is a caring young woman with a very helpful younger brother. This is her first year with Rover and I'd say she's off to a very good start. I have two dogs who aren't the easiest. Jaylese was attentive and communicated with me throughout the entire weekend to make sure their needs were taken care of. I'm a Rover sitter myself and I know that it takes quite a bit of confidence and commitment to join this team. We'll definitely be booking with her again.

Mecheal was awesome with Bella. I enjoyed all the pix and all the videos. Micheal was very attentive and seeing her and her partner have soooo much fun with Bella. Made me very happy. I will definitely have her watch my precious furball in the future.

Victor went above and beyond for our boys, Abe and Arty!! He gave them so much love and care while we were away, not to mention doing everything humanly possible to alleviate Abe’s severe allergy symptoms (and I mean truly everything!). We got loads of photos and updates during the stay which was wonderful. Victor was really attentive to our dogs and I could tell he spent a lot of time with them as he very quickly picked up on their personalities/quirks! Thanks so much Victor for a great stay and looking after the boys like they were your own - you’re amazing and we’ll see you next time!!

Maria was wonderful with my two girls! They quickly got comfortable and were well taken care of! Maria kept in contact with me and sent pictures! I will definitely use Maria’s services again and highly recommend!
