Charlotte was absolutely an amazing pet sitter! She was attentive to our cats’ needs and followed instructions accurately. Our cats are shy but she was able to get them to come to her and play with them. House was clean with no trace of litter tracking and garbage was taken out when we returned from our honeymoon. Kacie was super! From the drop-by visit to meet my cat and learn routine through the check-in photos after, she was so professional and caring. And though I didn’t expect my shy cat to even come out from under the bed, she visited with Kacie from the first day on. A kind gentle vibe that made my cat feel comfortable.

Casey’s love of animals shine through when you meet her and she puts in the extra time with meet & greets before taking the job to ensure the the animals and owners are feeling comfortable. My dogs loved the attention they received and I was able to enjoy my vacation without wondering how they were doing because Casey communicated daily.
