Dog Boarding in Meriden

Maria went above and beyond while watching my precious, by very timid Hazel. A 4 year old female shih tzu who is a very animated playful dog once she is comfortable… Maria delivered a secure & safe home to allow Hazel to adjust to her 9 day stay with her. I will definitely be using Maria again!

Great sitter. Mark and his family were great! Honey played tons and came home happy and well. All my concerns and requests were honored and Mark is easy to communicate with and reach.

Nickimmy is the absolute best! We will not leave our dog with anyone else. Her entire family treats Milo like he is their own. We cannot recommend Nickimmy enough.

Kristen was so flexible with drop off/ pick up times. No news is good news and Max settled in at home like we never left so I’d say it was a successful stay at Kristen’s house for a night. We will be using Kristen anytime we are away and she is available. Thank you!

Melanie was great. She was very attentive to our dog’s needs - his medicine and cone adherence. It’s never easy leaving a pet, and it’s particularly hard during the holiday. Melanie helped a lot with daily updates and photos.

Will took Care of my Coco as his own. Coco was at home with him and his dog. I had updates from him which alleviate our worries. We will have him sit again on our next vacation.

Wendy responded very quickly to a last minute request and was communicative throughout the booking. We got lots of pics of our girls and her family, including her golden, were welcoming and sweet. Would certainly book again if we find ourselves in the area.

This was my first time using Rover. I had seen that Agnes was local had a lot of good reviews, so we went for a meet and greet with our dog who instantly took to the settings and her nice personality. Our dog was able to socialize with other small dogs during his stay there and seem to really enjoy his time. Agnes sent us updates and cute photos of the dogs playing together during his stay. Will definitely be reaching out to her again!

Cassandra provided excellent care for my high-energy Aussie. She was very accommodating in picking up and retuning my dog to my home, which resulted in less nights that Darwin had to spend elsewhere. She sent frequent photo updates. I could see he was relaxed and well-cared for. Looking forward to booking with Cassandra again soon!

Sean and Jill’s home is a home away from home for your little one, this was one of our first couple of days stay out together for our little fur baby. Sean and Jill were extremely nice and accommodating with her and made her feel right at home. I highly recommend them for any kind of overnight stay needs. Very responsive and genuinely dog lovers. We received regular updates with photo, which gave us complete peace of mind. My experience with Sherry was excellent! I am new to Rover and Sherry was able to talk me through each step of the process. In addition, one of my dogs needed special attention and she treated her as if she were her own. Sherry was amazing and I would recommend her any day.

Anjali was phenomenal once again! This was our second time with her, and Oscar was so excited to see her — he truly loves spending time there. She takes such excellent care of him, keeps us updated constantly, and even surprised him with a new toy. We’re so grateful for to have found her as his sitter. 10/10!

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars ⭐️. Araceli and her husband did such a great job taking care of Phoenix! This was my first time leaving him with a sitter and I was very nervous, but from the first meet and greet I knew that he would be in great hands. They are knowledgeable dog lovers that made my puppy feel comfortable and at home. They also have two friendly super sweet dogs. Araceli sent me pictures everyday and provided me with updates on how Phoenix was doing, which put my mind at ease and allowed me to enjoy my business trip. When I picked him up it was obvious that he was happy and well taken care of and had been treated like one of the family! He also picked up a few skills- like how to walk up the stairs. I will definitely bring him back!!!

This was our first time leaving our dog with a stranger and Maggie made it so easy! I can’t thank her enough for taking such great care of Bowser. He’s the pickiest of eaters and even got him to eat while we were away. The daily photos and videos helped us feel better about being away. I would leave my dog with her again in a heartbeat.

My dogs completely enjoyed their stay with Ruth. She took them on walks, hiking, and socializing with other dogs. Because she was home a lot, they were comforted by having someone near. She was also very attentive to any special instructions I had, such as medicine, etc. I know my dogs had a great time and were well cared for, because they were not crying or extra needy like they typically are when they come home after we are on vacation. In fact, I think they were a little mopey and they missed her. Overall, this has been the BEST stay for my dogs in the past 5 years. It's hard to find a good sitter, but Ruth is definitely awesome. Ti & Rosie say, thank you with licks and paws!!
