Dog Boarding in Middlebury

Yajaira was wonderful to our two dogs. She accommodated them with short notice. She was very understanding that our male dog was a special case, as he has a history of abuse and is afraid of men, and does not get along with other dogs, apart from our other dog. She made them feel right at home. They exercised regularly in her wonderful fenced in yard. She provided us with updates, photos and videos daily. If she had any questions or concerns, she was sure to reach out. If I could give her a 6th star, I would. When it came time to pick up our dogs from Yajaira's house I don't think our male dog, the special one with a history of abuse, wanted to leave. He had so much fun! We hope to book with Yajaira again in the future for any vacations we might go on.

They were wonderful with our 5.5 month old puppy. Very caring to him and to us! We felt very comfortable leaving him there and will be doing it again. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of having Liliana watch my dog, Willow, for almost a week, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care and attention she received. From the moment we met, it was clear that Liliana has a genuine love for animals and a professional approach to pet sitting. Throughout the week, Liliana provided regular updates, including photos and messages, which gave me peace of mind knowing that Willow was happy and well-cared for. Willow is usually quite shy, but she quickly warmed up to Liliana and her husband, which is a testament to their patience and gentle nature. Not only was Willow well taken care of, but Liliana’s house was spotless, and she went above and beyond to make sure to only watch Willow by herself, as I requested. It's clear that she takes great pride in her work and she treats every pet as if it were her own. I highly recommend Liliana to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional pet sitter. Erika has been such a big help! We are able to leave our dog with her and have peace of mind that he is well cared for and loved. She sends daily pictures and updates and he always comes home happy and healthy. We are greatly appreciative!

I was very nervous to leave our dog because she has a lot of separation anxiety and we were traveling to Europe for two weeks. Bruce and Carolyn made me feel very comfortable and communicated with me the entire time with updates and photos. I was able to focus on our trip and not worry about our dog Ellie. Will definitely board with them again.

Just the absolute best! Kara is amazing. She is a warm and generous soul and our puppy Cash is now in love with her just after one visit. I will definitely book her again. Her family and her two dogs made me feel so welcome and I kind of think Cash missed everyone the next day. If you want to have an experience someone who truly cares about your input and your dogs best interest, Kara is that person. There are not many like her and I highly recommend her!!!!!

Dan, Chris & Karen were outstanding...from the first conversations all the way through the end of our dog's stay. We have an senior dog with some special needs who we just adopted 6 months ago. With that, we are always a little nervous to leave her. Dan, Chris & Karen were understanding of our concerns and very reassuring. Right away, they were so excited to meet our dog and spend time with her. She took to them immediately, and seemed very comfortable in their home. Their thoughtfulness, kindness and genuine excitement to spend time with her allayed any concerns we had about spending time away from her. The updates and photos while we were away were a great comfort for us and showed us how at ease and well taken care of our dog was at their house. I would say they didn’t just care for her-they loved her while she was there…she became part of their family. And what more could we ask for?! We will definitely use Dan, Chris, & Karen again!

Noemi and David took great care of our Cavapoo Toby and he felt right at home! It was a big relief to know he was in good hands with a caring family since we don’t travel often without him! We especially enjoyed the pictures and videos they sent each day of Toby going on walks with his new friend Milo (their dog), or making himself right at home sitting on their couch! We would definitely use them again!

Rick did a great job looking after our german shepherd, Dexter. Before the 10 days long stay, he assessed him to make sure that he would fit into the group of dogs being there at the same time. Rich has a perfect setup for dogs and a great connection with them. Dexter loved it, which we could see from the pictures and videos that he updated us with daily. When we finally pick him up, he seemed balanced and content. We will for sure use Rich in the future, when/if he has space.

Julie was so incredibly nice and great with Lana! We got nightly updates, pictures and Lana was so happy when she got home. She made sure she got plenty of treats, attention and exercise. We will definitely use her services again!

We are so thankful for Maria’s loving care of our dog over the Christmas holidays while we were out of the country. She took such care and it was such a relief to know Hildie was in such good hands. Thank you thank you!

Elizabeth took such good care of my dog (Duke) while I was on vacation. From the very start of our meet and greet till the vacation she was very easy to communicate with. She sent pictures and updates throughout the stay which was very comforting and reassuring!! Duke enjoyed his stay with Elizabeth. I highly highly recommend her !!!

We love that Jaylese is a caring young woman with a very helpful younger brother. This is her first year with Rover and I'd say she's off to a very good start. I have two dogs who aren't the easiest. Jaylese was attentive and communicated with me throughout the entire weekend to make sure their needs were taken care of. I'm a Rover sitter myself and I know that it takes quite a bit of confidence and commitment to join this team. We'll definitely be booking with her again.

Kayla and Joseph were very flexible as we were very late picking Gracie up. Kayla and Joseph sent pics and gave us info daily on how our little one was eating, etc. Was a great Vaca knowing our Gracie was in capable, caring hands.

This was Bella’s second stay at Nicole’s house and she loved it! Nicole always sends update photos and is easy to communicate with. I feel very safe leaving my dog with her.

Kristin was fantastic with watching my dog! She had Finn for 6 nights and sent regular updates and photos. Finny came home happy, and nice and tuckered out ?. Will definitely book with her again!

Howard and his family are wonderful with the dogs in their care. They did a great job with my senior mini dachshund. They were attentive to his needs and followed up with me about anything they were concerned about. I also appreciated the photos and updates while I was away. I am so glad to have chosen Howard and his family over a boarding facility; in home love with a small number of dogs can’t be beat!

Amazing dog parents! My pup was very happy during her stay and was able to socialize and play with their dogs. Very professional and covid safe. Perfect backyard and house for dogs to run around and get energy out. Highly recommended! Will be using them again next time!

Emy and John were awesome!!! Truly took care of my girl as well as she is taken care of at home! Definitely will be rebooking for my next trip!
