Terri is absolutely amazing. My dog Billy loves her and gets over the moon excited when he hears she's coming for a visit. She goes above and beyond her duties and does it with a smile! She's been wonderful with our last minute bookings and sends the cutest photos when she's with Billy. Laura is great!! The first time she came to my house to meet my kitties she asked a lot of questions about the cats and the house in case something happened while we were out. I realized that she has a lot of experience taking care of pets. My cats love her and I was happy to know that my babies were in good hands. She sent me pictures and messages every day. We had a minor emergency and Dahn came on 20 minutes notice, fully prepared with her own coffee and food since she understood the duration we would need her was uncertain. Super good with the dog as usual too.

Sydney was awsome! She responded immediately to my inquiry on short notice. She was very accomodating with her schedule to meet our elderly kitty and get the information and special instructions she needed to take good care of him while we were away. Sydney sent us pictures and responded immediately to my text messages. I felt confidient he was well cared for. Will definintley contact Syndney again!
