Melanie was great!! She was super communicative and gave us updates and pictures and videos every visit. She came to meet our cat beforehand and was prepared with questions! She also took the time each visit to try to connect with our cat, who can be a bit skittish, and he really warmed up to her. We will definitely be using her again!
I had an excellent experience with Cam, who took care of my 2 cats and 2 bunnies while I went on a brief vacation. Cam is reliable and attentive and updated me after each visit with notes and pictures. My pets were happy and relaxed when I returned and my house was spotless. I would definitely rebook with Cam!
Once again Michael does not disappoint! With daily videos and pictures we were super impressed with the level of care given to our pups. Given they are larger dogs and one is a rescue it has been hard to find such good help. Thank you again for your professionalism and care for our fur babies!! Will use again on the future!
