Dog Boarding in New Hartford

Angela and Tommy made our worries about finding a non-family dog sitter disappear. We’ve now left our dog with them for half day, full-day, and multi-day stays, and each time we feel like we hit the jackpot. Their knowledge and passion for dogs is incredibly evident in conversations, and their willingness to be attentive to certain needs and quirks for your pets is extremely appreciative. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Katie L took great care of my puppy for two nights. Her young daughter played and cuddled her too. Her house has a nice set up for dogs with a large gated area.

Nell was great! You can tell she and her daughter both genuinely care about animals and treated my Remi like he was one of their own. I will definitely book again!

Karina cared for my beloved dog, "Rashi," for two weeks while I was out of the country. I had complete peace of mind since all the pictures she sent me (daily) showed him being happy and smiling. She is very professional and a great communicator. I would not hesitate to use her again and highly recommend her. Additionally, her house is a perfect setup for dogs since her yard is fenced and highly secure in a country setting.

Kathryn and Jeremy were great with my dog, Maple. She immediately settled in with their family and had a blast. They kept me updated with photos throughout the week. I will definitely be using them again!

We had such a great experience having James watch our dog, Jack. He sent updates and pictures regularly. When we picked Jack up, he was happy and seemed like he had a great time! We will definitely use James again when we leave town!!

Hooper had a great time with MJ, Tyler, and their pups. Very good communication throughout, and we felt like he was in safe, capable hands. Would absolutely recommend.

Our first time leaving our puppy with a stranger, and Maria did so much to make us feel at ease. She was super responsive to the questions we had ahead of time. And while our “baby” was in her care, she sent frequent updates and pictures. Great experience!

As always, Sean and Jill took good care of my little Gwendolyn. She gets so excited when we get there and loves hanging out with her doggie friends. I always know I'm leaving my little one in good hands

First time with Gail and she made us feel comfortable from the start. Took the time to do a meet and greet and Gracie got along with Ginger instantly. Gail was honest upfront about the dogs Gracie would be around in the household. Got multiple updates during our trip away so we knew Gracie was in good hands. Definitely will consider Gail when we’re out of town again!!

Kristina and Jordan are a DREAM. We have the most high maintenance senior pup, and they took such amazing care of him, catering to his every need and ridiculous whim. I’ve never felt more comfortable leaving him with anyone before. They went above and beyond at every turn! The consistent communication and pictures were the cherry on top. I’m so grateful to them and would recommend them to anyone who wants the best care for their pup. Dog people to their core, and they will love yours as much as you do.

Once again Tyler was great! Our boy was super well cared for and seemed to have a blast. It was a long stay but we got plenty of pictures (honestly some of the best photos ever taken of our dog!) Tyler is a great choice and is very committed to the dogs he cares for.

Jersey was an absolute lifesaver and such a special find. She accommodated us last minute and immediately made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Since we live out of state and were traveling to visit family who couldn’t have dogs, she proactively suggested a FaceTime meet-and-greet, was very transparent about her travel plans and schedule so we knew exactly what to expect. On top of that, she was flexible with an earlier drop-off time and incredibly understanding when we got stuck in traffic and arrived late. Throughout the stay, she sent sweet photos and updates, and in every single one, Paisley looked relaxed, comfortable, and genuinely happy. Honestly, I think Paisley was sad to leave! We’ll absolutely be using Jersey again the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

Starting with the meet and greet Tiffany made us feel so comfortable about leaving our lab/spaniel mix, Willow, with her. Willow is quite attached to us and the thought of leaving her at a kennel broke my heart. It was so nice to know that she would be well cared for with a family and another dog to play with. Tiffany helped Willow and us feel very comfortable and she kept me updated on how well I was doing during this day. I definitely recommend Tiffany.

This was my first time boarding with Rover. Jaylese took great care of my elderly dog while I was away. She was quick to communicate and sent me pictures throughout the stay. Will book again with her in the future!

Wendy and her family were wonderful boarders. They took my yappie Chihuahua into their home as if she were their dog. They have a pet friendly home and I had no concerns about Kuddles staying with them. I would definitely use their services again.

This was my first time using Rover and I would highly recommend Allison Nicole. My dog felt comfortable and had a great time. I received daily updates on how my dog was doing.

Heather was amazing kept me updated with how my pup was doing Zeus was so sweet and open to making friends the moment Nyla went into there home I will definitely be booking again for sure it was to no Nyla was safe and having fun while us being away thank you so much Heather :)
