Vera stepped in as a last-minute replacement, and I’m so grateful she did! She followed all of my detailed instructions and was very intuitive with my persnickety cat. She also sent very charming and kind updates. Highly recommend!

Priscilla was amazing. I can't say enough about how well she took care of our three kitty boys. She showed up on time every day, gave us daily reports on how they were doing. Priscilla is awesome. Morgan was great with my shy cat! She helped me out last minute and came early morning for a meet & greet the day of the visit. I really appreciated her flexibility and calm energy. Will definitely book with Morgan again!

Jill was excellent for my cat sitting needs. She kept me informed each day about the food, water & litter box situation. Jill also spent time playing with my cat & even had to clean up a fur ball. I highly recommend Jill as a cat sitter.

Maylynn was so sweet but most of all I loved how my boys reacted to her. It let me know that she is a good person and that my cats were in good hands while I was away. She was on time for both drop in’s and even made sure to give them some playtime. I’ll definitely be using Maylynn again and recommend her to everyone.

Katie was fantastic. We had 3 little Guinea Pigs that she took amazing care of. One had a health emergency while we were gone and she handled perfectly. Highly recommended!

I’m glad we hired Maddie to take care of our cat Cannoli while we were away. She was punctual each day and spent plenty of time with her. My cat has only accepted 2 other people prior to this but she felt comfortable with Maddie and let her pet/interact with her too. Maddie is very polite, loves animals and responded to my texts in a timely manner. She kept an eye on the house while we were gone and took good care of my plants as well. I highly recommend Maddie to care for your pets!

Overall, I would rate Lindsay as a good pet-sitter. Prior to our vacation, she was very timely in responding to my messages and she also modified the Rover.com charges to a very reasonable rate for her visits with our 2 cats. It was while we were gone that I felt she fell short. My first issue was with her inconsistency in providing updates on the visits - there was a photo and thorough recap on the 1st day, but on subsequent days there was less detail and on one day there was no update at all. My second issue was with the timing of her visits. I had made it very clear that it was important to check in during the early afternoon, but at least twice she didn't visit until the evening. My third issue was with attention to detail - I had left very specific notes about the cats' food/water/litter and it didn't seem that she had followed them. Lastly, my greatest concern was with the well-being of our female cat and her being bullied by the male cat in our absence. We came back to find that she had a facial injury and had urinated in a chair out of fear. All-in-all our pets were reasonably cared for, but I was definitely disappointed. Lindsay is a very nice girl and I'm sure she had the best intentions. I think the issues may have been due to lack of experience or perhaps I wasn't clear enough on stressing the importance of certain things. (To those reading this review, please note that I have very high expectations for the care of my pets and I think Lindsay is absolutely capable of meeting the needs of a less demanding client.)

Hunter was great with my not-so-friendly cat. She was very punctual with her visits and sent great updates with pics of my cat. She even came during a snowstorm! Would definitely work with Hunter again and highly recommend her for reliable, caring pet sitting. Thanks Hunter!

Katie was absolutely wonderful. She had to deal with adverse conditions because of a blizzard. She did so with grace and kindness.
