Dog Boarding in Old Lyme

Brittany is absolutely incredible. She took the sweetest care of our dog Fuzzy, and we felt so relieved that she was in the hands of such a kind, caring and compassionate person. She sent us pictures and updates throughout the day and was extremely easy to communicate with. She made Fuzzy feel like she was right at home during her stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to have her watch our pups again and would highly recommend her! ❤️

They are amazing! My Mikey loves going to them. They play with him, he gets to play with other dogs & they are very responsive. They gave me a picture & daily updates :)

Couldn’t be happier with having Shannon care for Sammy while I was away! She is a perfect fit for us and is extremely knowledgeable about dogs of all breeds, ages and sizes! Sammy was happy and content when I picked him up… like dropping your kids off at preschool and they don’t even look back at you… running right off and fully enjoying himself! Thanks Shannon!!

Francis and her family did a great job with our 2 pups! Quick responses to coordinate drop off and pick up and daily pictures sent! Overall great experience, looking forward to bringing our dogs back!

Holly is the nicest person. She took the best care of my girl Daisy! Her family all treated Daisy like their own and spoiled her with attention and love. Her home is very dog friendly. She took Daisy on a hike and even did a tick check which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Holly and will definitely be bringing Daisy back in the future!

Julius took great care of my Australia Cattle Dog. My dog isn't the friendliest and Julius handled her perfectly and she loved romping with Julius's dog, too. Also, Julius was very flexible with out crazy schedule.

Nala’s communication was excellent throughout our trip; she provided us with updates multiple times a day as well as pictures and even videos! Our dog seemed quite happy during and after his boarding and interacting with Nala’s environment was definitely a good thing for him!

I can’t say enough good things about Ariel and the way she looked after Oakley. We felt like we made a new friend from our first meeting. I’d enthusiastically recommend Ariel, she’s incredibly kind and thoughtful. She always stayed connected to us which we so grateful for.

Jessica is amazing. She was so accommodating. We needed last minute boarding for our dog and she accommodated us with no problem. Her family and home is beautiful. They were warm and welcoming and made us feel comfortable leaving our dog with them. She sent us pictures and updates daily, which were greatly appreciated. Is was comforting to see that our dog was so comfortable with them. They looked like they had a good time with each other. We would definitely leave our dog with her again.

This was our first time using Rover, and we were very happy with our experience. Mary Jo was great - she was patient and caring and sent us just the right amount of updates. We had great communication from beginning to end and our dog seemed happy when we picked him up. We will definitely check with Mary Jo first the next time we need a dog sitter.

Laura was very professional, timely and great overall for the care of our family pet. I got updates everyday that I requested per the app. The experience was relaxing and since it was Shadows first time and things went amazing, this was a great relief. if and when we need to do this again, we know she’ll be in good hands.

Wilson, Cherryl and their family are absolutely amazing dog sitters! They took care of my dog, Bella, at their house, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I dropped her off, it was clear how much they love and care for animals. Bella immediately felt at ease in their home, which is warm, clean, and perfectly set up for pets. Throughout Bella’s stay, Wilson and Cherryl kept me updated with adorable photos and messages, which made me feel so reassured. It was obvious that Bella was not only well cared for but also having the time of her life! They followed all of her routines perfectly and even gave her extra love and attention. When I picked her up, Bella was happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. I can’t thank Wilson and Cherryl enough for treating Bella like family. If you’re looking for kind, responsible, and caring sitters, Wilson and Cherryl E. are the best! I will definitely trust them with Bella again in the future.

Absolutely lovely woman. Went above and beyond to get Charlotte and accommodate me. Kept me up to date with pictures. Charlotte Mae has a wonderful time.

Melissa is a Dog boarding/sitting services extraordinaire!! She loved our dog as much as we do. We felt comfortable leaving our dog for the week and Houston loved her stay with Melissa. We receive updates on her enjoying long walks with pictures. Melissa was more than great and loves the animals she takes care of as if they are her own.

Brittany is the best! She’s always making my pup feel like he’s part of the family and takes him out for long hikes. If you’re looking for a pet sitter look no further. I believe I’ve sent my pup to her home 4 times now and will continue going back!

Nina provided exceptional and extraordinary care for my dog while I was away. I was very anxious about leaving him with a “stranger” but she treated him as family and gave him TLC. I HIGHLY recommend her and will never use anyone else again other than her!

Coy is attentive, kind and passionate about dog training. We hired him to board our puppy for a weekend, and he was responsive whenever I asked for updates, took Zepp on hikes, rewarded him with awesome treats, and even gave us some helpful pointers for continuing to train Zeppelin.
