Kelseyann was fantastic! This was my first time using Rover and I wasn’t sure how the process went, she was excellent at communicating with me, and letting me know how my two cats were doing! Very comforting to know they were in good hands when I was gone!

Prompt, professional, communicative and most importantly: loving! It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for Celine—she really cares for our cats like they were her own. We really appreciated her daily updates and the time she took to play and pet them, not just refill food. Looking forward to our next visit!

Maddie was great! She was took the time to come over before our vacation and get to know the cats and where everything was. She was on time every day, made sure to find the girls in their hiding places and give them some love and attention while we were gone. She stayed in contact and let us know how things were going and really made being away so much easier. Thank you!!
