Dog Boarding in Somers

This was my first time using Rover and I would highly recommend Allison Nicole. My dog felt comfortable and had a great time. I received daily updates on how my dog was doing.

Kristen was absolutely amazing!! She’s very experienced with dogs, has a lovely fenced in spot, kept them active and happy. Excellent communication and sent photo and text updates of the pups. Both my dogs didn’t want to leave, they had so much fun. 5 stars!

We recently had Sandra C and her husband watch our dog Whiskey while we were on vacation. She sent many pictures and videos of Whiskey playing and enjoying himself. He went on walks and bonded with them. We recommend Sandra and her husband as sitters for anyone who loves their pets.

I never used Rover before, was a great experience with Steve. My rescue as some aggressive behavior, and I was worried she would not do well with a stranger. I recieved pictures daily and was shocked to see how well she was doing. Steve and his wife Deb took special care of my fur baby. Boots was happy and smiling.

Alyssa was fantastic!! She was my first experience with Rover and I (and my dog) couldn’t be happier. She was friendly and reassuring, sending me multiple pictures of my dog throughout her stay. My dog came home happy and tired from a great weekend. I absolutely recommend her without hesitation!

Our dogs have stayed with Kristin twice and we have only positive things to say! While they are with her, they are part of her family, which is exactly what they need and why we avoid traditional boarding kennels. She sends multiple photos and videos a day showcasing how much fun our dogs have, whether hanging poolside or relaxing on the couch. She is exactly the person our dogs need to care for them while we are away.

Heather & Norman were great! Very passionate with dogs! My pups were comfortable and at ease at drop off and pick up. Provided pictures and updates during the stay. Zeus and their daughter were amazing too!

Chloe was very well taken care of and treated like the princess she is. She ate all her meals and slept through every night. It was clear she was very comfortable and happy to be with Susan and Patrick. I would 100% recommend them and would rebook with them immediately.

Great experience with Gillian and Rover.com! This was my first experience having a “stranger” watch my dog overnight. I chose Gillian because she has great reviews, a friendly dog of similar size/age to mine, a home with a yard, and because she didn’t require using a crate. She’s super friendly and was always quick to respond to my messages prior to and during boarding. It was a great fit for my dog so we’d definitely book with Gillian again.

Nikki and Britney took wonderful care of my girls. They updated me daily with pictures and let me know what they were up to that day. I have never left my dogs with someone I didn’t know until that weekend and they exceeded my expectations. My dogs even missed their new furry friends when they got home. I would absolutely leave my girls with them again.

Cassi, is just simply the BEST!!! She loves my boy as if he were her own. He gets so excited when we pull into her driveway. I am so thankful to have found Cassi through Rover!

So appreciate all the efforts you made for picking him up and dropping him to me when my schedule is tight. Wonderful feeling that I know Odie will be good hand when I’m away! Happy New Year!

Shanagay is an awesome host! This was a really great experience for me because the communication was fast and responsive and the booking was on short notice. She really cared whether there were any special instructions etc. Most importantly my dog was genuinely happy going and returning. Look forward to booking another stay with this trustful and responsible sitter.

Brittany took great care of Benny while we were out of town. She is very responsive over the app and sent many photos. Would definitely send Benny back the next time we go away!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the amazing care Rachel provided to my dog Hunter during the time I was away. From the very start, she made sure to understand my dog's needs, habits, and personality, which instantly put my mind at ease. Throughout my vacation time, she kept me updated with messages, so I always knew my Hunter was happy and well taken care of.
