I cannot recommend Briana enough! We initially hired her based on her incredible reviews and credentials, but we had no idea just how much she would go above and beyond for us. The day we were leaving, we had to take our cat to the emergency vet—a stressful and heartbreaking situation. Leaving your pet under those circumstances is an awful feeling, but Briana made all the difference. She was incredibly patient, accommodating, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Her ability to administer medication was a lifesaver, and she even added extra visits to check on our cat, providing detailed updates each time. Her care and attention gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable about pets, especially cats, but she also genuinely adores them. Briana is amazing; I would 11/10 recommend!

Cassidy took great care of our cat Coco while we were on vacation. She is super responsive, very helpful and flexible. We had a few unexpected things that happened in our apartment while we were away and Cassidy was so helpful and managed all that for us, alleviating a lot of stress from us. We were able to enjoy the vacation and the cat was happy !
