I had a wonderful experience with Saori. She was caring, patient and attentive to Maisie's needs. I was comforted by the photos and videos I received and knew Maisie was comfortable and having fun with the other dogs. I highly recommend Saori, and I will definitely be booking with her again. We left our puppy, Dallas, with Jessica and Ian for an overnight stay. Due to Dallas being young and having never left her with anyone else, we were nervous. Jessica helped to relive our nerves. We had frequent communication and she sent numerous photos of Dallas throughout the stay. We picked Dallas up and it was clear she was happy and enjoyed her stay. We will definitely use Jessica and Ian again in the future.

One of the first sitters I've ever used on Rover and one of the reasons I keep coming back to her and to Rover. I felt totally secure in leaving my puppy with her. You will too!

Rich did a great job with our 2 dogs. He invited us for a meet and greet before finalizing our booking and made sure that the dogs were comfortable with him and his dogs. He provided lots of pictures and videos during the stay so that we could see them enjoying themselves

Rachael did an OUTSTANDING job caring for our 6 year-old Maltese over the holidays, when we necessarily had to separate due to unwelcoming accommodations. He was made to feel comfortable in his new surroundings and Rachael gave him plenty of quality time indoors and out during some seasonably heavy snowfall. She even shared pictures with us showcasing him having as much fun as we were having elsewhere! Yajaira and Lucky were the best thing that happened to Reynie in a long time. From the first meeting he was so chilled out and we knew this was the perfect spot for him when we needed a dog-sitter. Thanks to Lucky and Yajaira also for the updates and photos.

We have two large Long Haired German Shepherd dogs that scare many people and do not take well to many people. Jim listened to our explanations of how to accept them and interact with them and the sessions went very well. We have used him several times and now the dogs know him and even run to him. We highly recommend Jim.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jennifer! From start to finish, she was incredibly patient, caring, and loving with our dog, treating him as if he were her own. Her communication was outstanding — she kept me updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. She is also extremely organized clearly paying attention to every detail of my dog’s routine, needs, and comfort. It was obvious how much genuine care and love she puts into what she does. I came home to a happy, relaxed dog, which says everything. I would trust her again without hesitation and recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for truly exceptional care!!!!

This was our very first time leaving spaghetti away from us for three nights over the Memorial Day weekend with Jennifer & naturally I was a little sad as I was leaving for the holiday with my family but Jennifer was very thorough with messages, updates & pictures of spaghetti doing various activities. By the second half of first day into my holiday I was very relaxed & knew that Spaghetti was in another loving home & was being looked after well & was getting plenty of outdoor fun as well. I am happy I have found a nice boarding place for spaghetti ??

Annmarie was amazing! It’s very comforting to leave your pup with someone who knows dogs so well. She was communicative and sent lots of pictures and took great care of Luna!

Jill was our first experience with Rover and we cannot say enough positive things. She watched our three pups over the weekend of our wedding. Because we love our babies, it was important for us to include them in our wedding photos. Jill stopped by with our dogs in their outfits, which brought us so much joy. She cared for them like they were her own and we could sense the quick bond that was formed, which made us feel that our dogs were safe and being well cared for. She provided photos throughout the weekend to show us how well they were doing. I would strongly recommend using Jill as a pet sitter if you want peace of mind! Isabel and her family are completely outstanding! Not only did they watch my pups over the holidays, but there were so understanding and flexible with our crazy schedule. I have 2 mini dachshunds, who can be very difficult around new people and pets. Isabel has the "true dog whisperer" trait and got my pups to get along with other dogs (not something that is accomplished easily). I received plenty of pics of my pups throughout their stay and knew they were in good company. We cannot thank Isabel and her family enough -- will definitely book again!

Bruce was fantastic. Very communicative and sent me so many pictures of Shadow while he stayed with him. He was also very flexible. I would definitely come back to him again!
