Erika was able to accommodate our cat sitting needs at short notice. She was prompt in responding to our inquiry, and in visiting us. During the pet sitting period, Erika was easy to communicate with and bonded well with our cat, who was happy and well taken care of. On our return, it was obvious that Erika had been extremely clean and tidy, our kitchen was spotless and she was kind enough to bring in packages and keep an eye on our property. I'd recommend Erika highly.

We recently had the pleasure of having Theresa care for our two kittens and guinea pigs while we were away, and we couldn't be happier with her service! She was incredibly attentive, making sure all of our pets' needs were met with great care. Her kindness and love for animals were evident in how she interacted with them, and it was clear that they felt comfortable and safe in her care. She kept us updated regularly, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We highly recommend Theresa to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. We booked Olivia for a week for drop in visits with our two cats. Happy to say there were no issues at all; Olivia eased our worries by providing responsive comminication and reliable service overall. Highly recommend and we will be reaching out again in the future. Thank you for everything!

Overall, I would rate Lindsay as a good pet-sitter. Prior to our vacation, she was very timely in responding to my messages and she also modified the Rover.com charges to a very reasonable rate for her visits with our 2 cats. It was while we were gone that I felt she fell short. My first issue was with her inconsistency in providing updates on the visits - there was a photo and thorough recap on the 1st day, but on subsequent days there was less detail and on one day there was no update at all. My second issue was with the timing of her visits. I had made it very clear that it was important to check in during the early afternoon, but at least twice she didn't visit until the evening. My third issue was with attention to detail - I had left very specific notes about the cats' food/water/litter and it didn't seem that she had followed them. Lastly, my greatest concern was with the well-being of our female cat and her being bullied by the male cat in our absence. We came back to find that she had a facial injury and had urinated in a chair out of fear. All-in-all our pets were reasonably cared for, but I was definitely disappointed. Lindsay is a very nice girl and I'm sure she had the best intentions. I think the issues may have been due to lack of experience or perhaps I wasn't clear enough on stressing the importance of certain things. (To those reading this review, please note that I have very high expectations for the care of my pets and I think Lindsay is absolutely capable of meeting the needs of a less demanding client.)

Jennie was awesome! She made sure my cats were happy and taken care of, and she was very comfortable caring for my bearded dragon - which was a huge plus. Above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Olivia was great and everything we could’ve asked for when taking care of our 2 kitties. She was reliable and communicative. We really felt she went above and beyond and will definitely use her again.
