Cat Sitting in Watertown

Jill was excellent for my cat sitting needs. She kept me informed each day about the food, water & litter box situation. Jill also spent time playing with my cat & even had to clean up a fur ball. I highly recommend Jill as a cat sitter.

Vera stepped in as a last-minute replacement, and I’m so grateful she did! She followed all of my detailed instructions and was very intuitive with my persnickety cat. She also sent very charming and kind updates. Highly recommend!

I’m glad we hired Maddie to take care of our cat Cannoli while we were away. She was punctual each day and spent plenty of time with her. My cat has only accepted 2 other people prior to this but she felt comfortable with Maddie and let her pet/interact with her too. Maddie is very polite, loves animals and responded to my texts in a timely manner. She kept an eye on the house while we were gone and took good care of my plants as well. I highly recommend Maddie to care for your pets!

Priscilla was amazing. I can't say enough about how well she took care of our three kitty boys. She showed up on time every day, gave us daily reports on how they were doing. Priscilla is awesome. Keleigh is outstanding. Our cat has a medical condition and requires medicine twice a day. Our cat also likes lots of attention. Keleigh stayed at our house while we were away and took great care of our cat and house. When we returned home our cat was very happy, which is a clear sign that he got good care. If he didn't like his care, he would have definitely let us know. Keleigh sent us regular updates about our cat while we were away. We will be happy her to request her cat sitting services again when we are traveling. We highly recommend her.

Thais has been our preferred sitter for our 11 year old cat for quite some time now and our family has been so pleased with the care, attention and communication that she brings to every visit. We’d highly recommend Thais to anyone!

Overall, I would rate Lindsay as a good pet-sitter. Prior to our vacation, she was very timely in responding to my messages and she also modified the Rover.com charges to a very reasonable rate for her visits with our 2 cats. It was while we were gone that I felt she fell short. My first issue was with her inconsistency in providing updates on the visits - there was a photo and thorough recap on the 1st day, but on subsequent days there was less detail and on one day there was no update at all. My second issue was with the timing of her visits. I had made it very clear that it was important to check in during the early afternoon, but at least twice she didn't visit until the evening. My third issue was with attention to detail - I had left very specific notes about the cats' food/water/litter and it didn't seem that she had followed them. Lastly, my greatest concern was with the well-being of our female cat and her being bullied by the male cat in our absence. We came back to find that she had a facial injury and had urinated in a chair out of fear. All-in-all our pets were reasonably cared for, but I was definitely disappointed. Lindsay is a very nice girl and I'm sure she had the best intentions. I think the issues may have been due to lack of experience or perhaps I wasn't clear enough on stressing the importance of certain things. (To those reading this review, please note that I have very high expectations for the care of my pets and I think Lindsay is absolutely capable of meeting the needs of a less demanding client.)

Robin is awesome! So patient and understanding of my cats needs. And my Tom cat is a challenge with incontinence issues and needing medication. We decided to come home a day early from this trip, and Robin kindly stopped by the house again and let the cats out for us (they are normally are allowed outside and being locked inside is very stressful for them). She was worried about them coming back and asked us to text her when we got home to make sure the cats got back in (which we did!,). We would highly recommend Robin as a Pet sitter.
