Dog Boarding in West Haven

Amanda is literally THE BEST dog sitter we could have ever asked for!! My baby girl was so happy in every single photo and video she sent and they treated her like she was their own dog! All of the photos made me want to cry because I was so happy that she was happy…. AND she ate her food which she usually doesn’t do when I’m away! Stop scrolling and book Amanda! Right now!! We will be booking her again as soon as we can. We are in love! Lastly, I ended up having a flat tire when I was dropping Penelope off and Amanda came to the rescue and picked Penelope up. She never complained and didn’t even ask for extra money. (I paid her extra because she deserved it.) but the face that she had no expectation warmed my heart. Thanks Amanda, Michael and son!!!

Mari is the best! She did such a great job taking care of my dog Piper. Every day she took her on new adventures and sent great photo and video updates. I can tell Piper felt really comfortable staying with her. Definitely will be booking a boarding stay with Mari again!

Wonderful, caring sitter, with 3 really cute/sweet pups of her own. Garbanzo had a great time! Brianna took great care of her even through her stomach issues. 10/10

Katherine is fabulous! She sends me frequents updates and pictures. Hazel knows where she is when we pull up to her house and is excited to be there.

Murphy loved his weekend with Kayla and Matt! He went on walks, checked out the beach, and enjoyed their spacious backyard! He will definitely be back to visit his friends soon 🙂

Bianka was incredible with my dog! She dog sat for three nights on just a week’s notice and she took such great care of my dog. She shared daily photos, sent me updates every few hours, and genuinely cared for my dog’s wellbeing. Five stars isn’t a high enough rating! I highly recommend Bianka to care for dogs. She was wonderful.

We did a trial overnight with Jayme. She is friendly and a prompt communicator. Diesel seemed to settle right in at her home and he loved having a yard. We feel comfortable leaving him with Jayme for a longer stay in a few weeks!

I am new to Rover and have a un- neutered malamute/siberian husky, German Shepard mix male 8 month old puppy and I am so pleased with the way Stephanie cared for my pup and kept me up to date with how he was doing. She was so kind and thoughtful and did everything I asked which included taking him to a specific dog park twice a day, feeding him the meals I prepared and enforcing training with the e-collar I purchased for my pup. My dog was so happy being in her care. She also brushed his teeth daily and brushed his coat as I requested, which was so nice since I know it’s not an easy task. Even while I was in New York, enjoying a weekend of partying with friends, she still provided me updates throughout the day and night showing me what he was eating, what he was doing when he was sleeping, going to the dog park or playing around the house - despite me not responding for a whole day. I think that was one of the best things she did to put my mind at ease because when I woke up the following day, I was able to see all the updates that she had been sending me the previous day, so there was never a lack of communication on her end. She sent me pictures of all the meals she prepared for him so I could see that she prepared them the way that I had requested, and that made me so happy. I really cannot say enough good things about Stephanie. Her dog Kayden is so sweet and loving as well, so I never felt worried about leaving my dog with her and Kayden. Thank you Stephanie! ❤️

Tucker is always well taken care of when he stays. He actually enjoys coming and takes it as his little visitation vacation and gets excited when he hears he’s going to go stay there for a few days. Only sitter I trust.

Zuleima was great and took great care of Goose. She sent photos throughout the weekend and was also extremely flexible with pick up time which was a life saver since I had a flight get delayed.

Our dog had sooo much fun at Mariana’s! Mariana was super responsive and sent lots of videos and photos of our dog playing. We would highly recommend and will definitely book again! Thank you so much Mariana!! 💕

Our pups had a great stay with Noemi & David. We received a short video every day which was very reassuring. We would definitely use their services again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Bianca was great to my fur baby! I had an unexpected family emergency, leaving me only a few hours to find someone to take care of my baby before heading out of town. I am so grateful to Bianca!

Jieun, Matt and Ollie are amazing! We received so many updates of our pup Carson playing, getting pets, and relaxing we were getting a bit worried he wasn't going to want to come home :-). Seriously though, as someone that is new to Rover, Jieun made the experience amazingly positive. She quickly calmed any of the nerves we had with leaving our beloved family dog as we hopped on a plane to travel across the country. Communication was great, pet care was above and beyond, and we couldn't be happier. Thanks again Jieun and family!

Tina made me feel so safe and secure about boarding my pup, Winnie. It was a very last minute arrangement, and Tina was wildly flexible and was able to arrange a meet & greet before boarding the following day. She gave Winnie plenty of excersize and love -- You can tell she really loves animals. I would definitely have Tina watch Winnie again anytime!

Nadine, Daniel, and Noah were amazing! This was my first time leaving my dog for an extended period of time and they did a great job making things go smoothly and even calming my nerves. I received multiple pictures and summaries of the day along with very timely responses. They were also incredibly flexible with pick up/drop off. I will definitely rebook and I highly recommend them.

Our dog fit right in with Howard and the gang! He was warm and caring and loves dogs so much. They were flexible and accommodating and our pooch really benefit from the extra love and attention. We will be sure to use them again!
