Caitlin was just wonderful! She was timely and kept me informed from the start of the visit to finish. She provided detailed notes about all the important aspects with what Annie ate, distance of the walks, a map of the walker path, how she behaved and more. She remembered all the details I provided from our meet-up and most importantly Annie was happy. I hope I can build a long term relationship with her for assisting with Annie’s care when needed. This was my first time using Rover and I highly recommend Sofia! I was very anxious to leave my 2 cats for 8 days, but she put me at ease right away. I appreciated getting the check-in notifications and loved seeing the photos. 100% positive experience and would book Sofia again.

Ashley and Mauricio took great care of our 2 cats! They were always available and made sure to send pictures and videos of our cats. They followed the instructions we provided perfectly and we came home after 2 weeks to a clean house and fed and happy cats! We will definitely book with them again.
