This is my first time using Rover and Jillian was very helpful and patient as I pulled my account together. Most importantly, she showed up when she said she would and took my dog on a lovely walk. I know so because I received a plethora of pictures and Jillian’s informative descriptions of all that transpired. I look forward to having Jillian walk Winnie in the future.

Lindsay is awesome. She is patient, which is important for our dog, whom takes awhile to warm up to folks, and can be quite difficult. She is great to work with. She is a good communicator, so that we know that our dog is being taken care of.

Jordan was absolutely amazing while I was away on vacation. She was super easy to communicate with, incredibly flexible with both my and Blu’s needs, and always attentive to detail.
