Above and beyond does not begin to describe it!! For a recent visit, there were problems getting into the house and the landlord had to be called, which meant extra time for Priscilla. She communicated excellently and stayed to wait for the landlord to come with the correct keys, then did the planned visit. She stayed because she loves our cats (and they love her).
