This is our first time using Rover. Christine and her husband were great! I appreciated being able to meet before leaving on our trip. Loved getting the updates and pictures. Amazing! Jess did an amazing job caring for our pets while away on vacation. She kept us updated during each of her visits by sending photos and messages. She was always on time. We felt incredibly comfortable giving her a key to our home knowing she would treat it as her own, and she didn’t disappoint. We will definitely use her again for future cat-sitting needs. Tracie is amazing! This is our second and third time using her over the Christmas and New Years holidays and we couldn’t be more pleased!! She always kept us updated on which of our kitties she saw that day and she was determined to win them over, and surprisingly almost got there! I love the determination because I am the same way with other peoples kitties. You can tell she really cares about animals and really goes above and beyond for them. I also really appreciate her keeping me updated on anything house related she noticed, and her bringing in any packages we had sitting outside. She even left our kitties a sweet little Chrismas gift! We will absolutely continue to use her moving forward and would highly recommend her to anyone else. Thanks again Tracie!!
