Jo was amazing with Little Bear! Communication was steady and on point! Little Bear opened up to him immediately and I see from all of the amazing videos and photos that Jo sent me on a daily basis with him and Little Bear that they hit it off really well! Down from play, to pampering, to feeding , to cleaning up after and entertaining Little Bear Jo did an amazing job and I will definitely be utilizing his services again real soon! You can tell that Jo really enjoys what he does and he is trustworthy which is a PLUS! Little Bear really enjoyed Jo, which is MOST important in my book! Rita was a wonderful sitter for our six cats while we were away! Two of our cats require medication twice daily and Rita was up to the challenge. She kept in frequent contact and was quick to respond to any messages. We would absolutely hire her again!

This wad our first time using Rover and Joyce was great at putting our minds at ease! Our cats ran right up to her the first time she came over and we know she took care of them as if they were her own. She was great at communicating and took the time to reach out when one of our cats couldn’t keep their food down, so we could work together to figure out how to fix the situation. 10/10 Would definitely contact Joyce again!
