Joelle was an amazing sitter who was so considerate of my last minute booking. I had an emergency and needed someone to feed my cat the DAY OF and she was so prompt at accomodating my situation. I am forever grateful for her kindness and service as it saved me a great deal of stress. Not only did she look after Medina but also she sent me pictures and videos personally which are things that I appreciate immensely. It was clear that Medina loved her as animals are great judges of character and I would 100% hire Joelle again in the future. As a matter of fact, I need someone again next week and there’s no one else I’d want but her. Looking forward on Medina’s behalf to getting pampered, fed, and loved!

Toni was amazing. This is the first time I've gone away and not worried at all about my 3 cats. She sent tons of pictures and videos after I told her I loved seeing them, and she gave me a great summary everyday about how they were doing. I would recommend her to anyone!!

Stephanie was my first pet sitter with Rover, and I was really apprehensive about leaving my cat for 2 weeks. Stephanie not only went above and beyond to reassure me, but she was flexible with the booking and checking on my house while I was away. She provided detailed updates with plenty of pictures, followed all instructions, and exceeded expectations. My normally skittish cat took to Stephanie immediately, which I know had to do with Stephanie, because she didn’t come out for anyone else that stopped by the house. I had a wonderful experience, and would definitely request Stephanie for any future pet sitting needs.

Alexandra made fast friends with my very young kitten so much so that he showed her his belly on the second day she’s great with animals and very reliable.

This wad our first time using Rover and Joyce was great at putting our minds at ease! Our cats ran right up to her the first time she came over and we know she took care of them as if they were her own. She was great at communicating and took the time to reach out when one of our cats couldn’t keep their food down, so we could work together to figure out how to fix the situation. 10/10 Would definitely contact Joyce again!

I cannot recommend Olivia highly enough for cat sitting—she is truly fantastic! From the moment she started caring for my cat, it was clear she has a genuine love for animals and a thoughtful, responsible approach. Olivia provided regular updates, complete with adorable photos, and went above and beyond to ensure my cat was comfortable, well-fed, and happy while I was away. I came home to a relaxed and content pet. Her attention to detail and warm personality make her an absolute gem. I’ll definitely be booking with Olivia again!

I was nervous to use this service (or to leave my kitties under anyone’s care), but Colleen was beyond fantastic. She sent photo updates every day and you could tell that she was spending quality time with the cats and making them feel loved while we weren’t there. We are so picky about our cats, but I will absolutely use Colleen again and hope that you will too!

You always worry when you get a new pet sitter. My regular sitter was out of town. I returned to Rover to hire Shannon and she was amazing ! I know my cats are kinda untrusting with new people ( except one of them ). Shannon followed all my instructions, gave me photo updates and my kitties & I are super happy!
