As a pet owner, you simply want someone you can trust to give your pet the best care and create safety while you're away and we found that in Claudia! We needed a sitter to drop in on our cat Nala while we were away and Claudia was amazing from start to finish. She was on time and kept us informed throughout her time with Nala. I was very hesitant to use Rover for the first time, but when I met Hailey, my cats loved her (and her husband). They followed my instructions, were super sweet and took lots of pics of my cat children for me. I felt very comfortable leaving them for a work trip. Would 100% recommend and book again.

Maria was very attentive and helpful while I was away I was worried about Possums eye and contemplating a vet visit. She gave eye drops and plenty of updates, and when I returned home his eye was good as new!
