Susan was great with my cat, Gracie, while I was gone for a two week trip! She was wonderful with updates, always sending pictures and videos. Gracie can be picky when she wants attention and Susan was great with knowing when to give her space if she didn't want attention. Susan also went above and beyond by bringing in unexpected packages and cleaning up the house on her last day. I can't recommend Susan enough for taking care of your fur-kids

Jenna took wonderful care of our pup and made sure to give us plenty of daily updates on his antics, which we always loved reading. She made sure he had plenty of cuddles and hugs in our absence, we knew we was very well looked after for the entire trip.

Coleen was very professional in the services she provided. During our meet and greet she asked me about Melo’s routine and spent time getting to know him. She sent me pictures and updates to let me know how the visit went. I ended up needing a second appointment for the same day and she was able to accommodate me quickly for a second booking.
