We recently had the pleasure of entrusting Busara with the care of our 9-month-old kitten for five nights, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the outset, Busara demonstrated exceptional professionalism and genuine affection for our kitten. Throughout our trip, she kept us consistently informed, sending regular updates and photos that showcased our kitten’s well-being and playful moments. Her attentive communication provided us with peace of mind, knowing our pet was in caring and capable hands. Upon our return, it was evident that our kitten had been well-cared for, appearing content and healthy. Stacey is an absolute gem! From the moment she met Girly, I could tell they'd be fast friends. She has such a warm, empathetic energy that just puts both pets and people at ease. Girly can be a little shy, but Stacey's gentle approach and kind demeanor quickly won her over. I was so impressed with how Stacey took Girly out on the backyard leash and harness. She was always patient and attentive, making sure Girly felt comfortable and secure. I loved receiving the daily updates and photos, which showed Girly having a blast exploring the yard and soaking up the sunshine. It was also clear how much Stacey adores cats. Our two boys, Gus and Leo, absolutely loved her! She spent lots of time playing with them, brushing them, and giving them plenty of cuddles. I could tell they were in excellent hands while we were away. Stacey is truly a loving and responsible pet sitter with a great affinity for all animals. I can't recommend her highly enough. I felt completely at peace knowing Girly, Gus, and Leo were in such capable and caring hands. Thank you, Stacey, for taking such wonderful care of our furry family members!

Gianna is awesome! She was very communicative during the entire process and took great care of my cat, Baba. She also provided a lot of details about how the visits went and included lots of pictures. We really appreciate the level of service Gianna provided and will definitely book with her again🥰

Delaney's care for my pets was above and beyond, probably they were taken care better than from me! Recommended 100%

Samantha is always amazing with our kitties. She is the only person that they will come out of hiding for. She goes above and beyond every time!! We love her!

Mercy went above and beyond caring for our 3 animals. They spent time with BMO (who is a lovebird) reading to him and making sure he stays social while we were away. They gave lots of attention to our very needy cat who loves all the attention from everyone. They made sure to check in with our elderly cat to make sure she was OK while we were away because she gets stressed. I highly recommend Mercy for your pet care needs, and we will be using them again.

Christina took excellent care of our two cats and a hermit crab while we were away for a whole holiday week. The update notes and photos made us feel so much better while we were so far away. Her knowledge and skills gave us complete confidence, and we would absolutely book with her again in the future.

Sam is reliable, flexible and is a great communicator. I love all of the details and pictures she provides during her visits with Linus. It always looks like Linus is so playful and at peace when she visits which makes me feel so comfortable while we're away. Thanks Sam!

Luie did a great job with my three young cats! They are still shy with strangers but Luie was patient with them and did get one to come out for him several times during his drop-ins! Thank you for all the updates and pictures.
