Kelly is nothing short of fantastic. Being a first time Rover user, and never even previously leaving a pet outside the care of a trusted immediate family member, I was a bit nervous. Kelly took extra time to provide an overview of what the process looks like, expectations, and plenty of reassurance. During my time away, Kelly lovingly cared for my shy little furball, sharing photos and text updates -- it was almost like I was there myself. She was respectful of my home and property, leaving everything in the same or better condition than how it was initially left. Kelly was so attentive and gentle that Luna (who hides from everyone!) actually showed interest in sharing play time. I look forward to working with Kelly much more in the coming years. Siara took excellent care of our cat. The only thing we don't like about traveling is missing our cat, but we feel much more comfortable knowing he is in excellent hands with Siara!

Not only do I love Rover, I loved having Rachel take care of my boys while I am out of town. She is kind, loving, and the cats love her! I'll be using her again to put my mind at ease while I'm away.

Courtney is magnificent. We have an older cat, who demands lots of attention. We were worried about going away for such a long time, but Courtney gave her extra cuddles and really spent a lot of time with her. It really gave us peace of mind to know our "Old Lady" was in such good hands.

Anna does an amazing job. Also, I enjoy reading her description of her visit with my fur babies. Pleasantly pleased.

Sabrina was wonderful! We had to make a very last minute request to feed our kitties and Sabrina came to the rescue. Our senior kitty is very shy and often won't come out or even eat for people she's not familiar with, but she did for Sabrina! We were also provided with numerous photos, updates, and a very detailed write up of the visit. We will certainly be reaching out when we need services in the future!
