My cats warmed up to her quickly, I appreciated all the pictures she took to show how happy my cats were. And she was punctual, and she communicated when she could not make it to the designated time, but she did show up when she said she would. When I came home, my cats were very happy and they were clearly well taken care of while we were on vacation. I really appreciate her taking care of our pets.

Janine was absolutely AMAZING. I stumbled upon her after my son suggested the ROVER app and the rest is history. Everything about her taking care of my 2 Westies was the BEST. She was always on time for each outing and executed everything I seemed to think was necessary to tend to my dogs.
