Dog Boarding in Middletown

Barbra was great with my neurotic rescue! They have a lovely, huge, fenced yard so he could wander and sniff. She was very responsive, and our communication was excellent. I got lots of pictures and updates while I was away. Highly recommend Barbra!

I had to leave a situation fast and needed somewhere safe for my two cats. Rackeem was quick to answer and happy to help even when I gave VERY uncertain ETAs. My cats were well cared for. I highly recommend this sitter who was gentle, kind, knowledgeable and gave updates throughout my cats’ stay.

Candice has a great personality and is very reassuring. I felt very comfortable leaving Benji with her. And Benji was perfectly fine when he came home, wasn’t even mad at me for leaving him! I will not hesitate to use Candice again and highly recommend.

Kari was the best. This was our 1st time leaving our baby for a long trip (8 days). So yes it mattered who kept him🤷🏽‍♀️. But Kari was awesome from the very start at the meet n greet. Her entire family treated my baby as if he was part of the family and the pictures she sent us, I started to get scared my baby was loving it too much 😂. Would Definitely recommend and will be our go to sitter for my big 4 leg baby 🐶. Thank you for everything🫶🏾

Our Lab, had a fabulous time at Jill and Tommy’s house! Jill frequently sent me pictures and videos of Bowie playing in their huge yard throughout his stay. They cared for Bowie as if he was there own. We could not have asked for a better experience and care givers. Thank you Jill and Tommy!

Jen and her husband were dream sitters! This was our first time having someone watch Koda, who is a relatively new-to-us pit bull rescue and has some issues (food guarding, dog reactivity, anxiety). So, we were very picky when screener for potential sitters. My initial conversation with Jen put me completely at ease, as she clearly has experience with all breeds of dogs and all types of issues. She only exceeded my expectations from there. Jen was super flexible about drop off and pick-up, and didn't bat an eye at the long list of instructions I sent in advance. She had some of Koda's favorite toys waiting for him, reserved the tennis courts for off-leash ball chasing (since they don't have a yard, and we don't do dog parks), took him on many walks, and provided endless cuddling every day. From the multiple updates and photos were received every day, we could tell that Koda was having the time of his life. I honestly worried he wouldn't want to come home! On top of all of that, Jen easily got him over his fear of elevators, and worked in some controlled on-leash dog socialization opportunities! We are already looking forward to having Koda stay with Jen and her husband again soon! 10 stars - I couldn't have asked for more.

We just got home from picking up our four large-breed kiddos from Jenny - and honestly I’m not sure the pups wanted to leave, they had such a good time. Jenny was super relaxed, gentle and caring from the moment we met her, which instantly let us know we were making the right choice in leaving our babies with her. Large-breed dogs can easily be overwhelming and a lot to handle, but it was obvious that Jenny had a ton of experience and a good vibe about her to provide necessary care. While away, Jenny provided regular updates and was instantly reachable our entire trip. We will be using Jenny again for sure in the future and are so happy to have found such a great sitter for our fur babes. 12/10. Highly recommend.

Katie and children were great!!! Baxter was happy and well adjusted when I picked him up. I have kenneled him before and he came home depressed, malnourished, and sick. He came home from Katie’s the same as I left him!!!! I will definitely use her service’s again and would highly recommend!! She is a wonderful person, her children are delightful, and she is a lover of animals!! Thank you so much Katie and family!!!

Jen was great, she kept me updated with Basquiat aka Biscuit activity with pictures and videos. When she thought he was having breathing problems she reached out to me and she kept him on schedule with his feeding.

Justin and Stephanie were great and they took care of Sydney very well. They provided frequent updates with photos and videos. And they were quick to respond to messages. Sydney had a great time.

Erin was great and super accommodating to our needs time wise. It’s was clear she loved our dogs as much as her own. They were treated so well and came home healthy and in great spirit! We also appreciated the updates and photos.

This was our first time using Tabby as a sitter. We were able to meet with her in advance of our stay and introduce our pup to Tabby and the whole family. That initial meeting made us feel so at ease, that when the time came to leave him for a week we had no problems doing so. When we returned our dog was just as happy and healthy as when we dropped him off We would definitely use both the Rover app as well as Tabby again for our pet sitting needs.

Amrita was amazing, she sent us pictures and updates. She was super responsive, and gave Midnight so much care. He had a great time with her.

Nikkita was very kind to take my dog last minute due to a family emergency. I just moved to the area and didn’t know a sitter. I used Rover in the past and was pleased with the service and sitter so I thought I would try it again here. The atmosphere of Nikkita’s home seemed good and calm for Pumpkin who deals with a lot of anxiety. There was a wonderful large, fenced backyard for Pumpkin to potty and roam around. Nikkita also sent pictures regularly and kept me informed. Thank you Nikkita and family!

Sharon was so nice and friendly! She made me feel at ease leaving my dog with her ☺️ she was also very flexible to times. And even when I requested to add an extra day she was fine with it! Will definitely use her again!

We are so pleased with the care our mini Goldendoodle received for a week! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Toby has some anxiety and usually prefers people over other dogs. He did so well with Emily, her family, and the rest of the pups in her care. We received pictures and a daily update which I loved! Toby can’t wait to come back in October ?

Lisa is the sitter every doggie dreams of. She is so welcoming and her place and yard is a haven. Our dog Bella was actually sad when she got back home and missed Lisa and her pack. When we had a family emergency and had to rush out of state, Lisa took Bella in right away which was such a stress relief for us. She’s super communicative and we love the picture updates :)
