This was my first time booking an overnight sitter for my 11-month old puppy, Phoebe. I was nervous about how she would handle it and feel so lucky to have found Lauren. She connected with Phoebe from the start and did an amazing job caring for her. Lauren was incredibly professional - great communication and attentiveness, polite, trustworthy, flexible, and clearly cares about animals. This was only my second time using Rover for overnight pet sitting and I am so pleased to have connected with Julie. My dog Phoebe has a lot of energy and it also takes a bit of time for her to adjust to new people. Julie was very patient and she connected with Phoebe from the start. She did a great job caring for her and keeping her on her daily routine. Julie is conscientious and trustworthy, had great communication before and during the stay, and she was easy to work with. Both Phoebe and the house were well cared for and I was able to focus on my work trip without worry. I highly recommend Julie without any hesitation and look forward to working with her again.
