Dog Boarding in New Castle

I’m so happy I found Rita. This was my first time leaving my doodle with a pet sitter. I have no children at home or other pets so his exposure was very limited. Rita was patient and understanding and showed Hennessy a whole new world. She was kind enough to text pics during the week to put my mind at ease. Thank you Rita!!

Claudia was fantastic!!! She gave Hudson a ton of personalized love and attention and put a lot of work into making sure he felt at home, comfortable, and happy. She also sent plenty of photos and updates. We’ve boarded Hudson with plenty of Rover sitters, but I’ve honestly never seen him this happy and relaxed in photos, or when picking him up. I’ll definitely be reaching out again next time we need a sitter!

Candice was just wonderful with our did Sasha. She sent updates and contacted us when she had a question. We will definitely be using her services again .

This was a first timer for me to drop my dog off somewhere new without doing an in person meet and greet before care. However, we have Covid to thank for that. Nevertheless, Kelly was great with slowly introducing my dog into her home and family. Seeing the photos and videos put me at ease. Also, hearing she slept in her daughter’s room I can tell she received the love as if she was in the comfort of her own home. Plus we got all smiles and no attitude from her when we got back ?. Well Chanel, say hello to your new ?sitter ?.

My dogs just spent a week with Susan and I’m pretty sure they want to go back. She took such good care of them and they loved having access to the yard so much! Susan was patient with my super anxious pup and gave him time to come around to her (which he did). I can’t wait for my dogs to have another change to be cared for by Susan.

Barb was the most gracious host to our puppy. She removed all our anxiety by keeping us up-to-date throughout the day with photos and videos—a fantastic experience for our first overnight boarding.

This was my first time away from my little (big) guy, Teddy, and I could not have asked for a better pet sitter than Olivia. I checked-in often and she was always prompt with replies. Teddy was happy during his stay and well-cared for. Would 100% recommend Olivia!

Coleen was so great was our pups! One has separation anxiety and Coleen went out of her way to make sure our dog felt comfortable and loved. She has lost noticeably a good amount of weight in the past when we would be away. This time with Coleen, she looked good as ever! I would ask Coleen in the future to watch our dogs again!!
