My cats warmed up to her quickly, I appreciated all the pictures she took to show how happy my cats were. And she was punctual, and she communicated when she could not make it to the designated time, but she did show up when she said she would. When I came home, my cats were very happy and they were clearly well taken care of while we were on vacation. I really appreciate her taking care of our pets.

Sydney is totally reliable and checked on my critter with TLC at the last minute. I highly recommend her!
