My cats warmed up to her quickly, I appreciated all the pictures she took to show how happy my cats were. And she was punctual, and she communicated when she could not make it to the designated time, but she did show up when she said she would. When I came home, my cats were very happy and they were clearly well taken care of while we were on vacation. I really appreciate her taking care of our pets.

This was our first time using Rover, but absolutely loved Kacey!! She was very attentive to the schedule, arrived on time and stayed as requested.
