We are so incredibly grateful for the amazing care Joelle gave our pets while we were away. Knowing someone was not only staying at our home but truly loving our dog and cat brought us so much peace. She took our dog on multiple walks every day, sent us the sweetest updates with lots of photos, and made sure our pets never felt lonely for a moment. Even when we didn’t have cell service, her thoughtful communication helped us feel connected. We came home to a spotless house, a happy dog, and a very content cat. It was clear how much kindness and attention she poured into her time here. We couldn’t recommend her more. She’s a true gem and we’re so thankful for her!

Tracy is always top notch. She goes above and beyond for my fur babies. I have 3 dogs and a cat, she is very active with them, taking them for walks every day. My house is always as clean as it was when I left, often cleaner. I can’t say enough good things about her.

Shanisa was an amazing house sitter! She sent many pictures and videos and kept us updated on how the dogs were doing. She was very patient with them and I know they were in great hands. Highly recommend.

We barely missed out on booking Michaela in 2024 when someone managed to reserve her just before we did. When the other sitter we had used 2x advised she would no longer be booking with Rover, we immediately searched for and reached out to Michaela for our Oct 2025 trip. During our first meeting with Michaela we were immediately impressed by her preparation questions. She clearly knew the right things to ask about our Mikhail and the house. We found Michaela to be very friendly and professional. While some folks may be just good sitters on Rover, finding one who treats this as though it were a true personal business is big. We all came away agreeing that we felt very confident in booking her. During our vacation, Michaela provided frequent detailed updates complete with photos. By the time we came home, there was no evidence that anyone had even stayed there. Michaela's reviews speak for themselves, so I'm just one voice here, but rest assured that you are considering a complete professional who will love and care for your pet and home as if they were her own. We feel great knowing that we can count on booking her again!

Kara is amazing! She has been caring for my pups for over 2 years now! She is responsive and sends amazing photos while she is with my girls. It’s super helpful knowing that my dogs are extremely well cared for while I am gone.

Zhane always treats our kitty baby just like her own pet. She is reliable, and she leaves the house just as she found it. We appreciate her flexibility and her loving care of Franky the Cat.

Sabrina was amazing with my dog Felder. He’s typically a pretty easy dog but ended up getting sick and overly anxious on the second night and she took great care of him. I feel bad that she had to deal with all of it but I truly appreciated that she remained communicative and caring during the whole stay.

My dogs aren’t always the best with new people and they seem to really love Matt! I have four dogs, and he took wonderful care of them. I would highly recommend using him for pet sitting.

An Absolutely Exceptional Sitter—The Best We've Ever Had! We are absolutely thrilled with the care Terry provided for our girl, Indy, during the first half of our honeymoon. From our first meeting, Terry was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly confident in her ability to handle dogs, and Indy instantly loved her. Terry provided us with unparalleled peace of mind while we were away. She sent us detailed, daily updates with multiple videos of Indy playing, enjoying her walks, and eating her meals. She truly followed all of our instructions for taking care of Indy to the T, ensuring she was not only safe and happy, but cared for exactly the way we would care for her ourselves. Beyond her incredible dog care, Terry's flexibility was outstanding. When my mother-in-law, who was taking over for the second half of our honeymoon, got sick and had a doctor's appointment, and needed to pick up Indy a day late, Terry was super accommodating and happily stayed the extra night. She also kept me updated the whole time of what was happening since I couldn’t communicate with my mother in law directly. When we returned home, we were amazed by how well she had cared for our house. Terry left everything spotless. She cleaned the sheets and made the bed in the guest room, vacuumed, swept the floors, and left the kitchen immaculate. She also perfectly executed a separate list of instructions we left for the house (watering plants, turning off the AC, etc.) that needed to be done since we weren't returning home for another week and a half. Finally, Terry left us the most wonderful surprise—a collection of thoughtful gifts, including beautiful coffee mugs, a kitchen towel, a candle, and a cleaning kit for Indy. Terry is genuinely amazing. If you are looking for a reliable, professional, incredibly caring, and thoughtful sitter who will treat your pet and your home with the utmost respect, book Terry immediately. We couldn't recommend her more highly!

Heather is the best! She is an active, bright young woman that will keep your dogs engaged and having so much fun that they will forget to miss you! She is punctual, organized and followed all directions to a T! We have four dogs and three cats and she managed them beautifully.
