Deanna was amazing with Remi! This was my first time using Rover AND my frenchie's first time away with someone other than myself or close friends and Deanna helped ease so much of my anxiety. She sent pics and updates throughout the day. Remi seemed to enjoy her time with Deanna so we went back the next day too. She even gave her a toy to take home! She cared for my Remi like she was her own and I appreciate that so much. I definitely enjoy the peace of mind and will definitely be a returning customer.
Elisabeth was fantastic with our Sully. He is still getting over his anxiety of meeting people and new things. Sully was very comfortable with Elisabeth and her daughter. You can tell that Elisabeth has a great love for caring of animals. As for me, this was a first time that I had used Rover and using this service. Elisabeth also kept my mind at ease giving me updates on Sully by sending pictures and giving me feedback on how Sully was doing throughout the day. I do recommend Elisabeth.
On top of being wonderful to our dog when we need boarding or doggy day care, Marissa is so communicative and so understanding. She has been so incredibly helpful when we've had some last minute needs and I can't recommend her enough!
we left our golden retriever with Cindi for a few hours while we did some sightseeing in the area. She was excellent with Rascal and our house was well equipped for the dogs she was watching. Thanks Cindi for a great experience!!
