Dog Boarding in Astor

This was our first time leaving our two boys with Emily and of course we always have trepidation around how they will settle in, especially since we had to be gone for a week--would they be homesick, would they eat and how would they readjust upon returning home. These guys are Yorkipoos --so a little temperamental at times. Well, as soon as we picked them up the best way to describe them --is they were smiling! They hadn't missed a beat. They were clearly loved, cuddled and felt confident in themselves. Their digestion wasn't off--which has happened to them in the past, and they stepped right back into their normal little lives. We will certainly be booking with Emily again!! Thank you Emily for making your home their home!

Dennis and Tish are seriously the best. This was my first time boarding my dog Charlie and they took amazing care of them. They sent me pics and updates while I was gone which were great to receive. They also have a lot of long-term experience with pet care and it shows. I'm so grateful for how well they took care of him. I'm definitely be reaching out to them again next time I go out of town.

Great sitters and better people. Gus loves to stay with June and Cliff. They love Gus as much as I do and having that comfort level while Dad is out of town is priceless. I can’t thank them enough. We will be back again for sure.

Dawn watched our dachshund mix, Rosco, for a week. During that time, I received daily updates and photos. Rosco's activity tracker showed that he was meeting or exceeding his goal each day. I know he enjoyed exploring her private farm. Knowing Dawn's experience with animals provided me with a level of comfort that I needed to enjoy my vacation. Rosco truly became a part of her family during his stay. I will use Dawn again for my pet setting needs. She is awsome!

Always an amazing visit with Krista! I know I have peace of mind leaving our fur babies with her as she makes sure our dogs are well taken care of and given lots of love and attention. She provides the best updates too (very detailed with lots of pictures)!

Maxine, was fantastic! She did a great job in communicating with pictures and videos of our Golden doodle. I’m always a little apprehensive dropping our dog off for someone new to watch but I will definitely use Maxine again. He looked very happy and content on his daily walks.

Great overall experience with Candace! She was very generous to accept my dog last minute and he had a great stay. Candace provided pictures during the stay and it looked like Titus got plenty of play time outside. I really look forward to our next stay :)

Wonderful family with spacious farm area! My dog Deacon loved it here. I received updates on him during my travel which was very reassuring. Highly recommend and trust them for great care.

Easy drop off and pick up, received lots of pictures and videos of my dog while I was gone. He had a great time and we'll definitely be using Harlan again!

Kristin is excellent. DJ was well cared for. She kept me up to date with phone calls, texts, pictures of his stay. Kristin is a very caring person. Communicates well.

Second time we've left our sweet boy with him. I wouldn't want to leave him with anyone else! She's like family, he loves her and so excited when he gets to spend time with her. She sends photos and videos so we don't miss him as much while we're traveling. Will absolutely recommend!

Thank you Emillie for taking such good care of our dog Molly! Emillie kept us updating with what Molly was up to & we enjoyed all the pictures. We will most definitely have Emillie take care of our Molly again.

Peanut stayed with Leon for 4 days while we were out of state. He had a blast playing with the other dogs that were there. They have a very nice set up for the dogs to play. Definitely will use Leon's service again!

As always, Susana provides optimum care of my Sparky and he has adjusted very well to the caregiver environment. In fact, whenever she sends a picture of him, he seems to be smiling and enjoying himself.

Lilliana did beyond great with our Fiesta. From the beginning she was great at explaining things to me and just making me feel very comfortable. During Fiesta’s stay Lilliana was great at keeping me updated and sending me lots of pics. I would definitely recommend her and be returning to her in the future.

Mikaela and her girls take good care of my boys Harley and Max. She always sends updates . We have used her for Harley and loved her then and now my puppy goes too. Will always use her whenever we go away
