Dawn was quick to respond to inquiries. She confirmed our meet & greet in advance of the appointment and was prompt in her arrival. She was thorough in her questions regarding care and habits of our pet and won him over within minutes of her arrival. Dawn arrived each day at the agreed meeting time and sent photos and updates of her interactions. She took such good care of our cat, Merlin while we were gone, I think he may have been a bit disappointed when we arrived home instead of Dawn. We will definitely be using Dawn again for future travels.

Kristall was a great fit for watching our Dog! I could tell from our meet and great that this isn’t just a job for her but that she really cares about the animals she looks after. Catherine was amazing!! She was so patient with Clover and won her over by the end. I was shocked Clover let Catherine pet her and rub her tummy. This is a first for Clover and we will definitely rebook. Who knows, she may be okay with a walk next time:)

Belle was so great to Kona the past 3 days! She took Kona on walks, made sure she got her energy out, and felt loved while we were away. We also got pics and videos during each check in so we knew how Kona was doing. Communication was excellent! Definitely recommend!

We moved to the Jacksonville area one year ago and had been searching for the perfect sitter for our three cats. Thus far, we have tried three Rover sitters with seemingly excellent reviews. We discovered that most come in and feed the animals and leave without trying to engage them and spend very little of the allotted time they commit themselves to do. We gave Kiana a chance to care for our babies for one week, and she delivered. She makes the time to engage, play and speak to the animals so they aren't lonely. Imagine my shock when my two Skittish cats were out communicating and playing with Kiana almost Immediate. I call her the cat whisperer, and her updates are incredibly detailed. We travel often and are grateful to have found our new Pet sitter that my babies trust. Thanks, Kiana!
