My family was very pleased with Amy's care of our cat Will. She was extremely communicative, shared tidbits about what Will was up to, and even took a video of his famous flipping! Will only flips when he's happy and comfortable with the person he's with, so that put our hearts at ease knowing Will was comfy enough around Amy to flip like he did. Carrie must also be a cat whisperer. My cat is usually skittish around people she is unfamiliar with. BUT Carrie posted pictures of her out and about when she dropped in. Would definitely recommend ROVER.COM and Carrie S as a caretaker!!!
