Denise far exceeded my expectations while caring for my two cats. She was professional, attentive, and extremely reliable, and it was clear she genuinely cared about their well-being. She kept everything clean and organized and provided thoughtful daily updates that gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I felt very comfortable trusting her with my home and my pets, and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I can’t speak highly enough of Allison. Truly the best sitter my pet has ever had. She treats my pet like her own and is highly caring, communicative, and responsible, which puts my mind at ease when traveling.

Sarah was great! Was able to visit my kitten twice in one day while I was working. Sent a bunch of pictures and played with him. Highly recommend!

Alexandra has checked in on my two cats on multiple occasions when I travel. She always give updates and sends cute pictures. I would highly recommend her!

Ashlyn was super responsive and checked in with me when she had something come up, running a little behind. She made sure my cats were well fed, watered, and litter was clean. A huge relief for me being out of town for the weekend. I will definitely use her again, she made it so easy!

We recently moved to Jacksonville and didn’t have anyone to watch over our senior cat. I was hesitant in using Rover since I’ve always been able to rely on friends to care for her while I’m away. Well Shianne made me a believer. She is fantastic. She sent updates and pictures every day and was wonderful to communicate with. My cat looked so happy while we were away. She even played with her toys which she rarely does these days. When we got home we could tell she was happy and cared for vice being stressed by the routine changes. We will contact her again for our next trip. Thank you Shianne.

Sarah is an absolute gem! We had our regular cat sitter cancel at short notice (less than a week before our holiday!). I frantically went on Rover and found Sarah. I chose her because she had glowing reviews, responded promptly and was very warm during our meet and greet. This was our first holiday away from our cat and for over 2 weeks so I was an anxious mess! During our time away Sarah communicated regularly with us and sent photos everyday and videos too. She really helped to calm my nerves. Our cat is anxious and skittish by nature. She is the sweetest cuddliest bug with us but she wasn’t nice to Sarah at all! There was a lot of hissing, growling and swatting. But Sarah was patient, gentle and persistent with our grumpy gremlin. She had great strategies she employed to keep our cat entertained, fed and content. We returned home to an excited, well fed and happy cat. It’s a testament to Sarah’s skills, temperament and love of animals that our cat was totally unfazed being left alone at home for the first time. I will not hesitate to use Sarah again and recommend her to others. She will be a regular sitter for us now & hopefully our cat will be better behaved in future!

Highly recommend! If you need someone to look after your cats to the greatest degree possible, then look no further! Nicholas and Melissa took care of my 2 cats for over a month while I was in the process of moving. Not only did they feed them, but they also played with them daily, taking several pictures that they uploaded in a zip file for me. You get a lot more from them than the price you pay, and they are awesome people! I felt completely at ease knowing that my cats were in such good hands.
