I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely express how much I truly appreciated the exceptional service provided while walking my dog. After booking at the last minute, she was not only incredibly accommodating but also made sure Maizey got her much-needed nighttime walk, which was such a relief for me. I could tell she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. On top of that, she sent me multiple pictures and videos throughout the walk, which really put my mind at ease and allowed me to feel connected to Maizey while I was away. It was such a thoughtful touch and showed just how much attention she gives to each pet. Her communication was absolutely fantastic—she kept me updated every step of the way, and it made me feel completely confident that Maizey was in great hands. Her professionalism truly stood out throughout the entire process, and it was clear she takes great pride in what she does. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, dedicated, and passionate about caring for animals, and I’m beyond grateful for the care and attention Maizey received. We’re so glad we found Jessica! She is reliable, responsive, and clearly experienced caring for pets. Our dog warmed up to her right away! While we were gone, she made sure he got his walks, meals, and meds on time, and kept us updated with detailed messages and adorable photos.
