Andrea was great from the time we messaged her to inquire about booking a visit for our 5 cats. It was easy to see from her meet and greet with the cats that she was comfortable and professional with animal care. She followed the notes perfectly and cared for the cats exactly as we wanted. Additionally, our vacation was shorter than anticipated and Andrea was able to help us cancel the second drop-in visit and made sure Rover followed through with a refund. We hope to use Andrea in the future!

Nika is a sweet angel and amazing at what she does. Her communication is top notch and always pleasant. She is on top of her schedule and bookings. She has been extremely reliable and effective every time I've needed her to care for my large pup, and is an expert at handling him. I'm glad I found a someone that is so trustworthy and genuinely loves animals to treat them like her own. 🫶

Shannon went above and beyond for our cats, as she came an extra day earlier than requested because we accidentally booked the wrong start date.

This was my first ever time using the app and leaving my puppy alone for the first time. She did amazing had her watching kenji and even went out her way to show my cats Some attention as well . She sent many pictures and was so loving to my high energy puppy. Will be reaching out to her again !!!

Deborah did an awesome job everyday letting us know how the cats were doing and playing with the younger cat Boo. She was very thorough in letting us know if anything was going on with them. I highly recommend Deborah, she made me feel secured and I didn’t feel I would not have to worry about them.

It was a good visit and Luna did warm up to Rachel and her daughter. Luna has very little exposure to other people so we were happy. We are planning on scheduling a visit for next week.

Sarah is great! She showed up at the exact times we discussed, sent me a lot of pictures of my dogs, and communicated with me during her visits. I’m so glad I found her and will definitely be using her again to walk and feed my pups :)
