Excellent!! This was my first time and certainly not my last using this service. Emmy was great! She was very communicative with me and accommodating to any questions or concerns that I had. For my first time using the app and pet sitting services, Whitney made the whole process super easy and helped ease my mind with leaving my fur babies behind! She was attentive, kind, and clearly experienced with pets of all ages. My dog loved her energy, and she was incredibly gentle and patient with my senior cat. I appreciated the regular updates and could tell both pets were happy and well cared for. She also went above and beyond with helping with my cat as he has a sensitive stomach and she would clean up after him when I told her it was no big deal if she didn’t. Highly recommend!

Rebecca is the best! she always takes great care of my cat when I am away and also goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend her and will continue to use her in the future!

Lauren was amazing!! We immediately felt at ease meeting her knowing she would be taking care of our babies. She sent fun pictures for our kids and us to enjoy. There was an emergency with our lab and she acted quickly and responsibly keeping us informed the whole time! We will certainly be using her in the future! Thank you again Lauren.

It was a good visit and Luna did warm up to Rachel and her daughter. Luna has very little exposure to other people so we were happy. We are planning on scheduling a visit for next week.

When our work schedules changed, I was nervous about leaving my dogs home alone for longer than they were used to, but having Jennifer come over each day has completely melted my worries away! The dogs love her and I know they are in excellent hands with her. She is also great with communication and sends the best pictures of my fur babies. She has been awesome about working with us to figure out what she can do to best fit the dogs' needs, and has even helped us improve their walking behavior. I can't recommend Jennifer enough!

This was our first time using a pet sitter for our cat and we had a great experience with Jackie! She was very warm and reassuring, quick to respond, and our typically nervous kitty took well to her.

Michelle dropped in last minute and let our dogs out when we were in a bind! Got some great pictures and our dogs were happy!!
